The Study On Performance Of Non-ferrous Metal Enterprise Upon Social Responsibility For Ecological Civilization

In recent years,under the background of ecological civilization construction,with the improvement of people's life quality and social and economic development level,people pay more and more attention to ecological civilization,especially the fulfillment of the social responsibility of ecological civilization of non-ferrous metal enterprises.As the foundation of national economy,the effective performance of the related responsibilities of resource-based enterprises such as non-ferrous metals are related to the overall situation of ecological civilization construction.At present,the contradiction between economic development and ecological civilization of resource-based enterprises,such as non-ferrous metals,are getting worse day by day.The social responsibility of enterprises has a trend of developing to a higher level and a wider range of social responsibility.How to fulfill the social responsibility of ecological civilization and promote the sustainable development of ecological civilization has become a major problem that enterprises in this industry must face.This paper takes the ecological civilization construction of Jiangxi Copper Group as an example,which analyzes the current situation,key problems and Countermeasures of its ecological civilization and social responsibility.First of all,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the absence and performance of corporate social responsibility and ecological civilization social responsibility,and makes a relevant analysis of the group's ecological civilization prospective responsibility based on the introduction of the basic situation of the group and according to the theory of corporate ecological environmental responsibility,the theory of corporate ecological moral responsibility,the theory of corporate environmental externality and the theory of corporate citizenship.It is believed that Jiangxi Province has integrated The performance of the group's ecological civilization and social responsibility has gradually improved,and the sense of environmental responsibility is relatively strong.Compared with the developed enterprises in the same industry,there is still a large room for improvement in corporate profits,investment in environmental protection,process control of ecological environment risk and development driven by technological innovation.At the same time,the Group strives to continue to deepen the construction of ecological civilization and create industry standards in the future.It plays an important role in leading the non-ferrous metal industry to fulfill its socialresponsibility of ecological civilization;secondly,it selects key performance indicators to assess and evaluate the performance Indicator(KPI),to build an index system of ecological civilization social responsibility,to analyze the performance of ecological civilization social responsibility of Jiangxi Copper Group,the results show that the overall performance of ecological civilization social responsibility of Jiangxi Copper Group is up to standard,but there are also some key problems,such as the overall awareness of ecological civilization social responsibility is not strong,new green technology needs to be popularized.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the employees' consciousness of fulfilling the social responsibility of ecological civilization,improve the internal supervision and management system,strengthen the construction of enterprise ecological culture and develop the efficiency of sustainable development,so as to help the sustainable development of ecological civilization of Jiangxi copper group.It provides a reference for the resource-based non-ferrous metal industry to realize the sustainable development of ecological civilization.
