| Resistance spot welding is one of the most commonly used welding methods in industrial production,and plays an important role in the fields of automobiles,aerospace,and construction machinery.The resistance spot welding process is highly nonlinear and has multivariable coupling effects,so online monitoring and control of the spot welding process is of great significance to improve the welding quality and efficiency.Because the current resistance spot welding control system in actual production is relatively isolated and lacks effective information exchange and information management capabilities,the welding machine can only be inspected manually,which wastes a lot of manpower and material resources.Based on the emerging Internet of Things technology and resistance spot welding control technology,combined with embedded technology,sensor technology and network communication technology,this paper designs a resistance spot welding control system based on the Internet of Things.In addition to the basic control functions of the spot welding process,the system can also remotely manage the spot welding equipment through the cloud control interface.According to the analysis of the Internet of Things architecture system and specific functional requirements,the overall design of the system is completed.The system is divided into three parts: the main control module,the information exchange module and the remote control terminal.Two STM32 microcontrollers are used as the control core of the main control module and the information interaction module respectively.Based on the single chip microcomputer,the design of the system core control circuit and peripheral function module circuit is completed.Based on the Keil MDK software development environment,the software part of the main control module is designed,including welding main program,welding subprogram and communication subprogram.The information detection,inverter constant current control,servo pressure control and welding cycle control of the spot welding process are realized.The information transmission between the main control module and the information exchange module is realized through the SPI bus interface and the constructed communication protocol.Based on the transplanted Free RTOS real-time operating system,the software design of the information interaction module is completed.Establish a network connection with the Alibaba Cloud Io T Platform through the "Wi-Fi-Router-Internet" network transmission path.According to the MQTT communication protocol format,the cloud platform uplink data and downlink command parameters are processed and parsed,and the creation of the object model,database and data flow rules is completed on the cloud.The above realizes the two-way data transmission between the underlying controller and the cloud platform.Based on the cloud platform Io T Studio(Internet of Things application development)function,a resistance spot welding web control interface is designed,which has functions such as real-time monitoring of welding status and data,welding management and parameter setting,historical data query and production statistics..The functional verification of the system prototype is carried out through the built experimental platform.The test results show that the system can monitor the welding process information and status in real time through the cloud control interface,and can accurately and stably control and manage the welding process and field operations according to the content set on the interface,meeting the design requirements.The development of this system provides a new idea for the remote control and management of spot welding equipment,improves the intelligence level and production management efficiency of spot welding equipment,and provides a software and hardware model for intelligent welding under the Internet of Things. |
