The ground emergency rescue is a rescue measure with high pertinence and timeliness.When accidents occur in underground coal mines,poor air quality will cause great potential risks.The anomaly of environment not only threatens the lives and health of the trapped people,but may also has the risk of explosion in serious cases.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a reliable long-distance air quality monitoring system to make sure the environment of the trapped people is safe.By measuring some key parameters such as methane,carbon monoxide and oxygen,the rescuers on the ground can assess the situation at the rescue site and take measures in time to ensure the safety of personnel.However,because the working environment of ground emergency rescue is a semi-enclosed rescue well with the depth of several hundred meters,thus data transmission is long and transmission condition is harsh which means conventional monitoring methods are unable to meet the requirements.In addition,when accident occurs,the original communication is very likely to be cut off,special data transmission measures are needed to maintain normal communication.In order to solve the issues mentioned above,firstly,the existing problem that current monitoring system cannot obtain lifting chamber data remotely was analyzed,a monitoring system architecture based on internet of things was proposed.Secondly,the hardware design and software design are carried out according to system architecture.The lifting chamber terminal consists of STM32 microcontroller,methane,carbon monoxide,oxygen and other environmental parameters sensors,modems,4G router and a cable that embedded communication cable wire in steel rope.The software design includes terminal software of the lifting chamber,the visual interface design of the Web terminal and the client software design.The lifting chamber terminal can automatically collect the environment parameters and upload them to cloud platform.The visual interface of the Web terminal can achieve the visual display of the reported data and the query of historical data.By cloud data flow rules,data transfer from cloud platform to client terminal was achieved.Finally,the test platform was built with truss.A simulated wellbore was used to simulated rescue well and the system test was done under laboratory conditions.Operators can access the cloud platform with their unique username and password,and view multiple environmental status parameters in real time with a clear and intuitive data visualization function.Real-time monitoring and data analysis enable users to detect environmental anomalies as soon as possible and take measures in time according to the trend of data changes.The result shows that this remote monitoring system can meet design requirements,it provides a reliable and effective solution for real-time transmission of environmental parameters in lifting chamber and remote access of data.
