Natural gas pipeline,as the main transmission medium of national energy transmission,is an important national infrastructure.Long-distance transmission natural gas pipelines have large calibers and high pressures,which will cause major safety risks after leakage.The existing traditional methane leak detection system has the disadvantages of long implementation period and high labor intensity of manual inspection.Therefore,it is imminent to design and implement a high-precision intelligent methane leak monitoring system.In this paper,a long-distance transmission natural gas pipeline is designed and implemented based on the intelligent cruise algorithm for the IoT laser methane telemetry cloud platform.In this paper,the traditional feature region selection part of the existing spatial information modeling is improved,and the full convolutional neural network image semantic segmentation model is used to improve the accuracy of feature region selection.At the same time,for the monocular visual positioning scene in the spin state,for the first time,the three-dimensional rectangular coordinate system that records three-dimensional spatial information in the traditional positioning technology was replaced with a three-dimensional polar coordinate system,which effectively improved the efficiency of the monocular visual positioning algorithm.This system uses a cloud platform of Software as a Service(SaaS)mode of cloud computing,and publishes functions such as intelligent cruise algorithms as services to provide stable and reliable algorithm support for IoT terminals.Based on this,this paper designs and implements a laser methane telemetry cloud platform based on the Internet of Things with an intelligent cruise algorithm as the core.This article performed functional and performance tests on the entire cloud platform.The algorithm performance test results show that the intelligent cruise algorithm shortens the average time to find leaks by 48.77%compared to conventional cruise methods,which means that leaks can be found faster after a leak occurs.And identify the leak point,you can get precious time in the prime time to deal with the leak.Through functional testing,the cloud platform has realized functions such as accurate detection of methane leaks,remote operation of monitoring and management,timely feedback of problem messages,and cloud updates of equipment upgrades,providing practical applications and reference values for industries related to natural gas transmission.
