With the continuous development of economy and society,the scale and influence of enterprises are getting bigger and bigger.The emergence of enterprises has brought a lot of convenience to people’s life.However,there are also environmental pollution,inferior products and other problems,which affect people’s life and health.When people pay attention to the products brought by enterprises,they also realize the negative impact brought by enterprises’ production and operation.In recent years,corporate social responsibility has been recognized by more and more people,it is generally believed that it is necessary for enterprises to undertake social responsibility.With the arrival of the new era,more and more people join the team of entrepreneurship,small and micro enterprises in both quantity and quality have been greatly improved.But so far,most of the research on CSR is about large and medium-sized enterprises,and there are few researches on small and micro enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility.Taking HF Company of Yecheng Town of Linzhang County as an example,this thesis puts forward feasible suggestions on small and micro enterprises in towns and villages to fulfill their social responsibilities,hoping to play a certain role in promoting the development of small and micro enterprises in towns and villages.Taking HF Company in Yecheng Town of Linzhang County as the main research object,this thesis analyzes the status of social responsibility fulfillment of small and micro enterprises in towns and villages and puts forward reasonable suggestions.Firstly,the research results on corporate social responsibility at home and abroad are collected to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent research.Secondly,collect and sort out the relevant information of small and micro enterprises in towns and towns,and analyze the characteristics of small and micro enterprises in towns and towns by taking Ye towns as an example.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of small and micro enterprises in Yye towns,build the social responsibility evaluation model of small and micro enterprises in towns;Finally,according to the evaluation model,it evaluates the performance of social responsibility of HF Company in Yecheng Town of Linzhang County,and puts forward reasonable opinions and feasible countermeasures.
