Research On Construction And Application Of Eco-Tourism Resources Evaluation Model In Small Towns

There are many small towns in our country.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the evaluation system and methods of eco-tourism resources in small towns in order to provide the basis for the planning,development,protection and sustainable utilization of eco-tourism in small towns.At present,domestic scholars have little research on the construction of eco-tourism resource evaluation model in small towns.On the basis of literature review,with the full consideration of the small town construction conditions,ecological environment conditions,ecotourism resources and tourism capacity conditions,ed select its industrial forms,beautiful environment,traditional culture,facility services,institutional mechanism,ecological environment quality and ecological environment protection,resource factor value,influence and added value,tourist capacity,environmental capacity,etc.as the evaluation factors.The ecological tourism resources evaluation model was preliminarily built with the characteristic of small towns.The article used the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to try to construct an ecotourism resource evaluation system.Which was consistent with the characteristics of small towns.By constructing a pairwise comparison judgment matrix,34 specific evaluation indicators and factor weights were determined based on the expert survey.At the same time,according to "Classification,Investigation and Evaluation of Tourism Resources"(GB/T 18972-2017),this paper determines the evaluation grade standard and the fuzzy evaluation standard of ecotourism resources in small towns.Take the case of Hongge Town,the first batch of characteristic small towns in China,as an example,the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)method is applied to make an empirical study.The research results show that :(1)Among the comprehensive evaluation level,the ecological tourism resource condition occupies the highest weight,the small town construction condition occupies the second place,the ecological environment condition occupies the third weight,and the tourism capacity condition occupies the lowest weight.(2)In the factor evaluation layer,the weight of resource influence is the largest,followed by the ecological environment quality,and the weight of institutional mechanism,is the smallest.(3)In the factor evaluation layer,the weight value of visibility and influence is the most,which becomes the key point of eco-tourism development in small towns.(4)Through building the appraisal model of ecological tourism resources in small towns,comprehensive evaluation of Hongge Town was carried out.It was it is concluded that the level of ecotourism resources in Hongge Town is 4,which indicates that Hongge Town's eco-tourism resources are of good quality,outstanding taste,complete entity of resources,high value of ornamental and recreational use,and have good historical,cultural,scientific and artistic value.Combined with the actual situation,the evaluation results are more reasonable,indicating that the evaluation model has a certain representativeness,pertinence and universality.The town construction of Hongge Town has distinctive features,beautiful ecological environment,perfect infrastructure and good accessibility.It has the resource conditions for developing eco-tourism and applying for national-level tourist attractions,and has great potential of development and utilization value.According to the evaluation results,combined with the actual situation,the paper put the spatial structure of Hongge Town eco-tourism into a development pattern of “one core and two points”,the market and image of Hongge Town's eco-tourism are positioned as national 4A-level tourist attractions(holiday resorts)and international eco-tourism resorts.It also proposes scientific management of the four major subjects such as eco-tourists,tourism developers,management managers,destination residents and government departments in Hongge Town,and provides strategic research for the development and management of eco-tourism in Hongge Town.Through the construction of evaluation model and empirical research,this paper hopes to promote the healthy development of eco-tourism in small towns,enrich and improve relevant theoretical research,and further promote the implementation of the strategy of China's global tourism development and rural revitalization,so as to provide reference for the same type of research.
