Research On The Indicator System Of Community Environmental Carrying Capacity Under The Background Of Dual Evaluation

Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of my country,the construction of ecological civilization has been placed in a prominent position in the work of the Party Central Committee.Urbanization not only promotes urban economic development,but also leads to the emergence of various urban resource and environmental problems,such as urban environment deterioration,severe pollution,resource shortage,dense population,and deteriorating living conditions...etc.The concept of environmental carrying capacity is a theory generated by people’s reflection on resources and environment under the circumstance of infinite plunder and unplanned consumption of natural areas and urban areas.The construction of ecological civilization requires us not only to pay attention to the "urban disease" at the macro-city level,but also to the construction of the living environment of the micro-community.Starting from the background of dual evaluation,this paper introduces the theory of environmental carrying capacity into community space,conducts an in-depth analysis of the theoretical types,theoretical connotations and constituent elements of environmental carrying capacity,and studies the current relevant index systems about community environment at home and abroad.Elements are decomposed as the basis of theoretical research in this thesis.Secondly,based on the research theory of urban comprehensive carrying capacity,this paper analyzes the relationship between natural environment,city and community from the perspective of carrying capacity,and proposes the concept of community environmental carrying capacity from a new perspective.Power is divided into three systems: resources,environment and community,and its constituent elements and theoretical connotations are theoretically deduced and analyzed.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper proposes a two-dimensional matrix of two-dimensional index system screening framework based on the method of defining "substantive issues".The connotation and correlation are analyzed,the preliminary structure of the index system is constructed,and the community empirical research is carried out on the index system based on the applicability of the index.The core indicators and auxiliary indicators define the diagnostic framework for the balance of community environmental carrying capacity.This paper introduces the concept of carrying capacity into community space by combining theory with empirical research methods,innovatively proposes the concept of community environmental carrying capacity,clarifies the construction method of the index system of community environmental carrying capacity,and constructs a community environment on the basis of empirical research.The carrying capacity index system expands the research scope of the carrying capacity theory,conducts a special exploration suitable for the community,and can be used to guide the sustainable development and planning of urban communities.
