Research On The Building Of Urban Green Community With The Example Of Vanke Garden City In Shenyang

Community is the basic unit of a city. It helps and guides resident to select green lift style. It is an important element in developing new community and building harmonious society. With continuous progress of the society, the technology has developed to a higher level and people's living standard has been improved a lot which makes them unsatisfied with basic existence; they purchase a new object: a warm and comfortable living space. As high development of technology, the demand for resource is growing day by day; earth resource has been unprecedentedly exploited, wasted; environment becomes the focus topic of the society. Continuous development of the society includes many elements, such as economical consonance, national education, improvement of cultural quality, etc. Among these elements, a very important element is the relationship of population, resource and environment. Human history is developing from primitive communes to communist society. In this stage, every aspect is being improved such as economics, science, politics, laws etc. All this is for one purpose: supply good living conditions for human being. Therefore, environment becomes extremely an important question. Green community just shows how to make people's living conditions better, how to utilize current resources more effectively and economically. At present, many countries and regions are engaged in developing and improving green community.In this text, the author carry out research on Vanke Garden New City in Shenyang by using comparative study, primitive communes, frequency analysis method, under the guide of geography, anthropology, anthropology and so on. Besides, the author investigated constructing method and mode of green community at home and abroad, and found some questions in green community in our country such as how to guarantee green community's construction, direction and how to process sustainable development. Regarding these questions, this text puts up some suggestions and countermeasures for the building of green community in our country.
