Research On The Generation And Propagation Of The Conflict Behavior In Construction Safety Management

Construction safety has been promoted in China.The state has set up a safety production month and formulated a safety management system.But the safety accident rate has not been effectively controlled,but climbing year after year.It can be seen that the current construction safety management has not achieved good control effect.Combined with the particularity of construction workers,it is found that there are corresponding rebellious psychology and construction safety management conflict behavior in the process of safety management,resulting in the implementation of safety management can not be implemented and the control effect is not good.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the influencing factors of construction workers’ construction safety management conflict behavior and reveal the spreading law of construction workers’ construction safety management conflict behavior.Through the study of conflict behavior of construction safety management,targeted prevention and control measures are put forward to improve the safety quality of the project and create a safer construction environment.Firstly,the characteristics of construction safety management conflict behavior are analyzed.On the basis of on-site observation and combined with various management literature,the characteristics of construction safety management conflict behavior are analyzed.The composition of construction site personnel,basic situation,construction group organization structure;Construction workers construction site environment is difficult,composed of various types of work,subject to the owner,the general contractor,supervision management;According to the field observation,four types of phenotypes and four main characteristics of construction safety management conflict behavior are summarized,which provides a basis for the analysis of influencing factors of the emergence and spread of construction safety management conflict behavior.Secondly,it analyzes the conflict behavior of construction safety management,further combs the factors leading to construction safety management,and puts forward the corresponding cause hypothesis.By means of hypothesis testing,structural equation model(SEM)is used to verify the influencing factors of conflict behavior in construction safety management,so as to provide a more effective reference for scientific management of construction safety.According to the data analysis,the direct influencing factors from primary to secondary are the inconvenient degree of safety appliances,the influence of safety management personnel and key figures.Personal accomplishment has little influence on construction safety management conflict behavior through the mediating effect of safety atmosphere.Thirdly,the spread analysis of construction safety management conflict behavior,further comb the factors leading to the spread of construction safety management,put forward the corresponding cause hypothesis.By means of hypothesis test,structural equation model(SEM)is used to verify the influencing factors of conflict behavior propagation in construction safety management,so as to provide a more effective reference for scientific management of construction safety.Verification and conclusion analysis show that construction group bonding,safety atmosphere,personnel safety literacy,safety management communication and coordination ability,safety management system formulation ability all have a direct impact on the spread of construction safety management conflict behavior.Mainly reflected in the construction group,safety atmosphere has a direct impact on the psychological generation of the law.Safety atmosphere,personnel safety literacy,safety management communication and coordination ability,safety management system formulation ability have direct influence on infectious conformity psychology.The law not blame the crowd psychology and the infection of the crowd psychology reflects the masses of construction safety management resistance behavior recognition,in line with the nature of construction safety management resistance behavior spread.The main influencing factors are safety atmosphere;The influence of group bonding and safety communication and coordination ability is next;Safety system formulation ability and safety literacy had the weakest influence.Finally,the prevention and control of the occurrence and dissemination of conflict behavior in construction safety management are analyzed.In order to avoid the occurrence and dissemination of conflict behavior in construction safety management,managers should mainly prevent and control the conflict behavior from the three aspects of personnel,tools and environment.Personnel pre-control is mainly reflected in the training of safety management personnel,guidance of key figures,reducing work fatigue and improving safety literacy.Tool pre-control is mainly reflected in the optimization of safety tools;Environmental precontrol is mainly reflected in the creation of safety atmosphere and group avoidance.
