The COVID-19 that broke out at the end of 2019 and continues to this day has dealt a heavy blow to the global health and medical security system.As an important vehicle for the general public to travel,the problems of inadequate sanitation and hygiene protection in public transport deserve attention and research.This paper aims to identify and analyze the existing public transport users,riding process and vehicle facilities conditions,and strive to provide feasible health and safety solutions so as to remedy and improve the health and safety problems existing in the existing public transport.Combined with the mathematical model of infectious diseases and related concepts of service design,the research discusses and improves the health and safety design problems existing in public transport.In the research of the traveling populations,infectious disease and indoor virus transmission model are used to find out the subjective and objective factors that affect the health and safety of public transport.Through the analysis of the model of infectious diseases,combined with the changes of infectious index,the main design elements are identified in terms of environmental safety,personnel safety and facility safety.At the same time,the Kano model and the FAHP method are used to better solve the difference comparison between the same attribute services,so that they can be prioritized in the subsequent security design optimization process.In addition,the human-centered design thinking in service design is also applied,and the touch points in the travel process are improved by drawing user portraits,user journey maps and other methods.The development of high-tech such as 5G communications and the Internet of Things will have a significant impact on the development of public transport in the postepidemic era.The application of autonomous driving,intelligent passenger flow guidance,and remote system upgrades will also greatly improve the safety of public transport,leading to a more resilient public transport system.
