In recent years,the state has attached great importance to the improvement of the teaching quality of vocational education,and successively issued a number of documents requiring vocational schools to strengthen the reform of education and teaching methods.However,in the actual teaching of the course "Garment Sewing Technology" in secondary vocational clothing majors,most teachers still focus on traditional teaching methods.Therefore,changing the teaching status and exploring new teaching modes have become important issues that teachers need to solve.Implementing case teaching is an important measure to deepen teaching reform and cultivate students’ practical ability and innovative spirit.This research mainly focuses on the following issues:the reasons for applying the case teaching method to the teaching of the "Garment Sewing Technology" course in the secondary vocational clothing major;Existing problems;how to improve the application effect of the case teaching method in the "garment sewing process" course of secondary vocational clothing major.Combined with the course of "Garment Sewing Technology",this study uses the literature research method to sort out the relevant theories of the case teaching method,and uses the questionnaire method and interview method to investigate a secondary vocational school in Wuxi City.The teachers and students of clothing majors conducted a survey on the course of "Garment Sewing Technology" and found that the following problems exist in the case teaching:improper selection of cases,lack of professional pertinence;formalized case application,boring process;poor autonomy of students,The homework is difficult to meet the teacher’s requirements,etc.In order to effectively improve the teaching effect,the application program of case teaching method is designed in combination with the course of "Apparel Sewing Technology",and the case teaching method is applied to the course of "Apparel Sewing Technology".The difference analysis of the case teaching method is applied to the teaching effect of the"garment sewing technology" course of the secondary vocational clothing major.Finally,some application strategies are put forward on this basis,mainly including:strengthening teacher training,increasing teachers’ case teaching ability;guiding students to establish correct awareness to ensure the smooth progress of case teaching;optimizing school teacher structure,updating teaching equipment,etc.The research results show that the application of the case teaching method in the teaching of "Garment Sewing Technology" in secondary vocational clothing majors is feasible,and it has a certain positive effect on improving the learning effect of students. |
