| With the expansion of urban development and the rapid development of the economy,there are often varying degrees of soil erosion,habitat quality decline,resource and environmental carrying capacity decline,and other ecological problems,in the process of utilizing and developing land resources,resulting in the ecological space being squeezed and the ecological environment being destroyed.Miluo City is one of the typical rapid urbanization counties in Dongting Lake District,Yueyang City,Hunan Province.Miluo City’s ecology has been largely damaged,and a number of challenges in the utilization of land resources have developed as a result of natural environment and human activities.In recent years,Hunan Province has completed the spatial planning of various counties’ land,and the demarcation of ecological protection classified space is an important supporting content in the spatial planning.Starting with the ecological resources and the current environment of Miluo City,using the classified control of ecological protection,coordinating the relationship between ecological protection and development and utilization,so as to realize the differentiation and effectiveness of the ecological space management of Miluo City.Through literature analysis,field research,GIS spatial analysis,model assessment,quantitative index method and single-factor and multi-factor evaluation methods,a total of six evaluation factors were selected including water conservation importance,soil and water conservation importance,habitat quality importance,soil and water loss sensitivity,stream ecology sensitivity and natural disasters sensitivity in this paper,and established an ecological importance and sensitivity evaluation system that fits the current ecological environment of Miluo City.The comprehensive results of the assessment of ecological importance and sensitivity were corrected by means of figure spot polymerization,basic farmland and nature reserves,and land use types.The results of the ecological protection classification of Miluo City are divided into five classified zones,the higher the classified zones,the greater the demand for ecological protection,and the stricter the ecological protection measures.The specific research results and conclusions are as follows:The evaluation system of ecological importance and sensitivity was established in accordance with the current situation of Miluo ecological environment,and the comprehensive evaluation results of ecological importance and sensitivity were revised by patch aggregation,prime farmland and nature reserve,and land use type.Miluo city ecological protection classification results,the results are divided into ecological protection classification of one to five levels,the higher the level of ecological protection needs more stringent measures.The specific research results and conclusions are as follows:(1)the ecological importance evaluation results of Miluo City show that the ecological importance in the study area as a whole shows a distribution pattern of gradual increase from the west to the south and the northeast.The ecologically important areas are relatively concentrated,mainly concentrated in the Bajingdong Forest Park,Yuchi Mountain landscape and famous scenery and Shending Mountain Forest Park in Miluo City.The area of extremely important and highly important areas was 73.25 km2 and 152.47 km2,accounting for 4.39%and 9.13%respectively,and the proportion of medium important areas,generally important areas and unimportant areas was 15.34%,24.52%and 46.62%.(2)The ecological sensitivity evaluation results of Miluo City show that the highly sensitive and extremely sensitive areas of Miluo City as a whole are fragmented but widely distributed.The area of ecologically extremely sensitive and highly sensitive areas was 253.90 km2 and 378.98 km2,accounting for 15.21%and 22.69%respectively.The medium sensitive,generally sensitive and insensitive areas of Miluo City accounted for 18.21%,31.04%and 12.85%respectively.(3)The research on the classified ecological protection results of Miluo City show that the ecological protection classification of Miluo City is affected by the natural environment and social economy on the whole,and the spatial distribution pattern of ecological protection classification is low in the central and northern parts and high in the east,west and south.The largest proportion is the fourth and third classified areas,the fifth ecological protection classified area is the water source area and the forest coverage area,the fifth ecological protection classified area occupies the primary position in the ecological protection of Miluo,with an area of 270.99 km2,accounting for 16.23%of the overall spatial area.the fourth ecological protection classified area has excellent natural ecological conditions,mainly woodland,with an area of 516.76 km2,accounting for 30.95%;the third ecological protection classified area is the main area of agricultural activities,and the second ecological protection classified area is the smallest area and the vegetation coverage rate is low The first ecological protection classified area is mainly based on construction land and unused land,and the areas of the three classification are 573.86 km2,125.86 km2 and 182.43 km2,accounting for 34.36%,7.54%and 10.92%of the total area of Miluo City,respectively.(4)Proposed control measures of classified areas for ecological protection in Miluo City:①expanding the area of fifth classified figure spot to reduce marginal benefits,improving the ecological protection capacity of units,and increasing the ecological protection degree of rivers,wetlands,and drinking water sources;②implementing reasonable measures such as fishing bans and logging bans,and including natural forests and ecological public welfare forests in the scope of mountain forest protection;③strengthening land consolidation and developing appropriately cultivated land reserve resources,developing efficient agriculture,and building high-standard basic farmland;④increasing the supply of green space such as parks,and optimizing the structure and layout of urban construction land,Improving the quantity and quality of urban green space. |
