Natural ecological space refers to the national land space with natural attributes and the main function of providing ecological services and ecological products.With the increase of population,the acceleration of urban construction process and the expansion of urban scale,it has a greater impact on the natural ecological space.Therefore,a reasonable division of natural ecological space and spatial control can not only provide reference for urban spatial layout,industrial spatial layout and ecological function zoning,but also better protect natural ecological environment and enable better economic development in order to achieve sustainable resources.Huarong County is located in Dongting Lake Ecological and Economic Zone and Yangtze River Economic Zone,and the division of natural ecological space and the construction of ecological security pattern in Huarong County occupy important significance in the ecological protection of Dongting Lake Ecological and Economic Zone.Taking Huarong County as the study area,this paper selects water connotation,soil and water conservation,biodiversity protection function as the evaluation index of ecosystem service function,slope,land use type,topographic relief,night lighting data,vegetation cover and Yangtze River shoreline buffer as the evaluation index of ecological sensitivity,and constructs the evaluation system respectively.Using the weighted superposition analysis method and hierarchical analysis method(AHP),after superimposing the prohibited development areas in the region,the natural ecological space boundary is finally divided,and then according to the ecological space division results,ecological source sites are selected,the minimum cumulative resistance model method(MCR)is used to form a comprehensive resistance surface,identify ecological corridors and ecological strategic points,construct an ecological security pattern,and then according to the development characteristics of townships and county development positioning,and constructing a complete ecological network.The main research results are as follows.(1)In the evaluation of ecosystem service functions,the area of extremely important area for water conservation function is 14,458.86 hectares,accounting for 9.23% of the total area;the area of extremely important area for soil and water conservation function is 4,514.56 hectares,accounting for 2.85% of the total area;the area of extremely important area for biodiversity protection function is 10,377.94 hectares,accounting for 6.52% of the total area;the area of extremely important area for ecosystem In the comprehensive evaluation of ecosystem service function,the area of extremely important area is 9824.13 hectares,accounting for 6.28% of the total area.In the evaluation of ecological sensitivity,the area of extremely sensitive and highly sensitive areas is 6528.99 hectares and 23502.63 hectares respectively,accounting for 4.15% and 14.93% of the total area,and the mildly sensitive area is the sensitive type of the main Huarong County,with an area of 56,479.67 hectares,accounting for 35.88% of the total area.(2)According to statistics,the area of natural ecological space in Huarong County is31,251.34 hectares,accounting for about 19.64% of the total area,which is concentrated in areas such as Dongshan Town and Yushan Town,which are all key protection townships,and the rest of the towns have a small amount of distribution.On the whole,the northern part of the county has many forest resources,and the southern part has more water resources.This study considers that Dongshan Town,Zhuzikou Town and Yushan Town have good natural resources and occupy an important position in the protection of natural ecological space in Huarong County and belong to the key protection objects.(3)The ecological security pattern of Huarong County is composed of ecological corridors,ecological source areas,ecological security zones and ecological strategic nodes.Among them,nine ecological source sites are selected,totaling 24,726.44 hectares;six ecological corridors are identified,forming three ecological security level levels of high,medium and low.Among them,Dongshan Town,Injection Zikou Town and Yushan Town belong to the areas with more distribution of low-level ecological security areas,and water area or forest area is the main land use type in these townships;the distribution of ecological security levels in Zhanghua Town is more complex,with many land use types distributed,and water area and forest land have higher security value.By constructing the ecological security pattern of Huarong County,the ecological network structure of "one longitudinal,two horizontal,two central and multiple points" is derived.Finally,an ecological network system with Taohuashan Forest Park and East Dongting Lake National Nature Reserve as the core and multiple points connected to each other is obtained.
