Small Apartment Custom Multifunctional Combination Cabinet Design

In recent years,customization has become a new trend in the development of the furniture industry,and many furniture companies have turned to the development of large home furnishing strategies.Multifunctional furniture not only saves space,but also meets various functional requirements,effectively improving the quality of life and comfort of users.Under the premise of the concept of customized large home,this thesis integrates customized furniture and multi-functional furniture,and conducts design research for small apartment space.In the early stage of the research,the size,structure,function,hardware and use environment of the existing customized multi-functional cabinets in the market were analyzed,and the Kano model was used to investigate the space function requirements of users in small-sized apartment to clarify the main types of users needs.and priority of needs.According to the spatial functional requirements of small-sized users surveyed in the early stage:cloakroom,dressing room,bedroom,dining room,four functional unit cabinets for custom multi-functional cabinets have been developed through modular design methods,including rotating full-length mirror unit cabinets,lift makeup Mirror unit cabinets,mobile bed functional unit cabinets,and retractable dining table unit cabinets are all adjustable and versatile,and can be flexibly used in the design of small-sized custommade multi-functional combination cabinet furniture according to the needs and choices of users.The four functional unit cabinets developed in the early stage are applied to the design case of small-sized custom multi-functional combined cabinets.The specific case selects a one-shaped small apartment space.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the users,a number of design schemes are developed for the customized multi-functional combination cabinet.The optimal design scheme is obtained,and its functional characteristics are analyzed in detail.The solution simultaneously realizes five functional modes,including living room function mode,dining room function mode,office function mode,bedroom function mode and additional pet function mode.Each function mode can also be split and combined according to the different needs of users.,to form different forms of customized multi-functional cabinets to meet the differentiated needs of different consumers,and truly realize the design purpose of "one house with multiple functions".Through the design and research of customized multi-functional cabinets,an innovative scheme of free switching of different functional modes is proposed to improve the life of users in small-sized apartment,which solves the problems of limited living range,low space utilization,and lack of functional facilities in small-sized houses.The purpose of optimizing the space composition and expanding the functional space is realized.In addition,this study also provides an effective model for the design of small-sized custom multi-functional furniture,so that furniture design can create more possibilities in limited space.
