As China’s policy of vigorously promoting development,the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" strategy focuses on energy conservation and pollutant emission reduction in the future.The environmental development goal of "achieving carbon peak in 2030 and carbon neutralization in 2060" further expounds the internal requirements of realizing sustainable development.The sustainable realization of logistics industry is of great significance for the smooth realization of Global Climate Governance and sustainable development goals.For logistics enterprises,because the corresponding sustainable development planning is still in its infancy,it can not build a perfect sustainable development evaluation system and management system.Therefore,the balance between economy and environment is still one of the fundamental problems faced by enterprise managers.Firstly,this thesis discusses the research’s background and significance of this article,and arranges the research of domestic and foreign scholars on sustainable development and the sustainable development of logistics enterprises.Focusing on the sustainable development of logistics enterprises,this thesis systematically evaluates the sustainable development level of logistics service provider enterprises from the enterprise dimension.Then,it focuses on the analysis of the development status of logistics enterprises under the background of "carbon peaking",combined with the basic theory of natural resources,to explore the optimal production and emission reduction decisions when logistics enterprises are faced with carbon limitation policies,which should be high carbon quota with negative response strategy and low carbon quota with positive forward-looking strategy respectively.Based on RAM-DEA model and combined with enterprise environmental management strategy,this thesis sets up the system framework of the model,constructs the corresponding evaluation model of enterprise sustainability efficiency under the conditions of natural disposal and management disposal,and divides the enterprise sustainability efficiency into natural disposability-sustainable efficiency and managerial disposabilitysustainable efficiency.At the same time,the scale benefit and scale loss of the enterprise in two cases are set,and then the three-stage RAM-DEA model is optimized.In the first stage,the RAM-DEA model is used to analyze the input-output index data;In the second stage,the SFA regression model is used to analyze the original input indicators in the first stage to explore the impact of environmental variables on the input indicators;In the third stage,the new input variables and the original output variables processed in the second stage are analyzed and studied.Then,this thesis collects the financial and environmental public information of Chinese listed logistics enterprises,summarizes the existing enterprise sustainability efficiency indicators,and constructs the sustainability efficiency index system of logistics enterprises with comprehensive input,expected output and unexpected output.This thesis reevaluates the enterprise sustainability efficiency model.The results show that sustainability efficiency of natural disposability in the sample of logistics enterprises is high,the efficiency difference between decision-making units is small,and the scale income is not obvious;Sustainability efficiency of managerial disposability in the sample of logistics enterprises is low,the decision-making units are quite different,and they are all in the decline of scale loss.Environmental variables have a significant impact on the sustainability efficiency of logistics.The sustainability Efficiency of the third-stage DEA is significantly different from that of the first stage.Finally,this thesis puts forward targeted suggestions to improve the sustainability efficiency of logistics enterprises,and finds out the limitations of the study and the future research direction.The multi-angle evaluation method of this study enriches the research on sustainability evaluation at the enterprise level.
