| With the increasingly fierce competition phenomenon in the home furnishing market,consumers’ demand for products is constantly increasing and changing,many furniture companies in order to quickly meet the needs of consumers and continue to occupy the market,often choose to improve the product iterative update way to ensure the competitiveness of the product,which is the most convenient and effective way to extend the product life cycle.In the office chair industry,the design and development cycle is long,the product homogeneity is serious,and the design innovation is insufficient.In such an industry context,how can we reduce the design cycle and increase the innovation capacity becomes a problem that the whole industry needs to think about.In this paper,we analyze and study the Extenics and TRIZ innovation theories with the goal of improving the efficiency and innovativeness of product improvement design,and integrate the two theories to form a complete design model from product problem analysis,solution,and evaluation.Based on the actual research on office chairs,a certain office chair of an enterprise was selected as an application case to improve its design,so as to verify the feasibility of the model for the improved design of office chairs.Finally,using software development technology,the improved design model based on Extenics and TRIZ is presented in the form of software.The main conclusions of the thesis are as follows:(1)Construction of problem analysis,solution and evaluation models based on Extenics and TRIZ theory.By analyzing the tools and methods adopted in the problem solving process of TRIZ theory,the advantages of formal expression and expansion of Extenics are combined with the root cause analysis in the problem analysis method to a certain extent to form a new root cause analysis method,that is causal chain implication analysis;then the formal expression and expansion are combined in the problem solving to form a new solution.Finally,we use the evaluation of the Extenics superiority based on hierarchical analysis to complete the ranking of the conceptual solutions,and establish the TRIZ-based problem analysis,solution and evaluation model.(2)The application of the problem analysis,solution and evaluation model based on Extenics and TRIZ theory in the improved design of office chair.The problem analysis,solution and evaluation model based on Extenics and TRIZ theory is applied to the improved design of office chairs,and the improved design of office chairs is obtained,and the feasibility of the model for the improved design of office chairs is verified.(3)The design program was developed by using software development techniques and the problem analysis,solution and evaluation model based on Extenics and TRIZ theory.A computer-aided design program was developed using C++ language,SQLite database,Microsoft Visual Studio editor and QT programming framework to improve the efficiency of the improved design of office chairs and promote the development of the improved design of office chairs. |
