As the competition in the office chair industry becomes increasingly fierce and homogeneous products continue to emerge,consumers’ demands for office chairs are becoming more diversified.For enterprises,it is particularly important to grasp information about consumer demand and select the most suitable design scheme from numerous design proposals.Therefore,this paper aims to improve the efficiency of office chair design scheme optimization and improvement.With a scientifically reasonable integrated evaluation method,an office chair design evaluation model is established.Four office chair design schemes of a certain office furniture enterprise are used as application cases and are scored.According to the design scheme with lower scores,the improved design is carried out.Thus,the feasibility of the office chair design evaluation model established by using the comprehensive method is verified in the office chair solution improvement design.The main results and conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)This passage summarizes and organizes the theories of office chair design and design evaluation,and introduces the basic theories and methods of Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA theme model),Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)and Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO).By using the combined research method of FAHP and PSO,an optimized FAHP model is constructed and applied to the subsequent design evaluation.(2)This paper investigates and analyze the sales volume,price,brand and other factors of office chair products in B2C mode and determine the sample data.Data mining is conducted by Python on the sample evaluations,and approximately 20,000 evaluations were collected.The collected evaluations were preprocessed.The LDA topic model is used to analyze the themes of the office chair evaluations,and pyLDAvis is utilized to form visualized topic clusters and extract office chair product attributes.(3)According to the 40 office chair product feature values extracted from the LDA thematic model,combined with expert opinions,the office chair evaluation index system is established,which has 5 standard layers,namely aesthetic attributes,functional attributes,material attributes,safety attributes and social attributes,and 31 indicator layers;it is applied to the optimized FAHP model,and the attitude index of design experts towards the evaluation index is obtained through questionnaire surveys and the two-two fuzzy complementary judgment matrix is formed,Particle swarm algorithm(PSO)is used to check and correct the fuzzy complementary judgment matrix for consistency,transform the consistency problem into a nonlinear optimization problem,and calculate the weight coefficients of each index for hierarchical ranking processing,so as to establish the corresponding evaluation model of office chair product design.(4)The four office chair designs are selected and applied to the office chair design evaluation model,which is comprehensively evaluated and ranked in order of merit;the design solutions with lower scores are selected and analyzed from aesthetics,function,material,safety and society,and the improved designs are combined with consumer and expert opinions,and they are evaluated again;the designs before and after improvement are compared and analyzed.The results show that the improved evaluation score increased from 72.0756 to 82.6994,which proves the effectiveness of the office chair design evaluation model established by using the integrated method for the improved design scheme of the office chair.
