Research On The Innovative Design Of Yi Furniture Based On Extenics And TRIZ Theory

As an important intangible cultural heritage,Yi furniture is not only of great significance to the study of the evolution of human civilization,but also has a unique role in displaying the diversity of world culture.It is the common cultural wealth of mankind.This topic mainly takes Liangshan Yi furniture as the starting point to explore and analyze the development situation of Yi furniture and the main problems existing in user needs.By establishing an integrated model of extension theory and TRIZ theory,it provides feasible support for innovative design of Yi furniture with the advantages of divergent thinking of extension theory and practical tools of TRIZ theory.Throughout the entire research process,I have always adhered to the principle of putting people first,and constructed innovative design ideas and models for Yi furniture through the acquisition of user needs from the KANO model,combined with the formal model of extenics and the TRIZ contradiction solving tool.Based on this,I have conducted innovative design for Yi furniture,and obtained design solutions that meet market needs.This has relatively important theoretical significance and practical value for protecting and inheriting Yi furniture culture.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:（1）Using the literature research method,this paper analyzes the current research situation of innovative design in Yi furniture,extenics,and TRIZ theory.The existing research fields of Yi furniture are mainly concentrated on the aspects of appearance characteristics,protection and inheritance,and innovative application;The primitive theory,extension set theory,and extension logic applications of extension have certain philosophical interests in the field of creative products;TRIZ theory has a clear innovation orientation in the field of furniture based on inventive principles and innovative tools.Combining the innovative design advantages of extenics and TRIZ theory,an innovative design process that conforms to Yi furniture can be developed.The innovative design thinking method integrated by extenics and TRIZ theory can not only bring convenience to the field of industrial product design,but also have certain creative advantages in the field of furniture design.（2）This paper analyzes the current situation of Liangshan Yi ethnic group furniture using practical research and case analysis methods.I understand that Yi furniture is deeply influenced by Huotang culture and architectural culture,and the inheritors of intangible cultural heritage attach great importance to the innovative design of Yi furniture;Sorting out the development overview,types,colors,patterns,decorative techniques,materials,and other innovative elements of Yi furniture,and classifying and coding each element with the letter symbols of A_i～V_i.The coding data is conducive to providing a material basis and specific cultural connotation for the generation of creative products of Yi furniture based on the extension theory-TRIZ theory.（3）The questionnaire survey method and multidisciplinary cross research method were used to analyze the Yi furniture and user needs.A.Using the KJ method,the user’s initial demand hierarchy elements for practicality,aesthetics,greening,and economy of Yi furniture encoded with W_i～Z_icharacters were created;B.Using the KANO model questionnaire and using the Better-Worse coefficient to characterize the basic needs,expectant needs,excited needs,and undifferentiated needs of the innovative design of Yi furniture based on the initial demand hierarchy elements;C.Using extension theory to model the innovative design requirements of Yi furniture based on extension primitives,the divergent tree method of extension primitives expansion analysis can be used to creatively generate multiple Yi furniture design schemes and standardize user requirements;D.The transformation method of TRIZ theory combined with extension theory can be used to solve the optimization degree.Through the contradiction matrix,34 innovation principles are found to be applicable to Yi furniture,and the innovation principle solution domain is given for the contradiction between Yi furniture and user needs.（4）Using case analysis method based on extension theory and TRIZ theory to carry out innovative design practice of Yi furniture.Through the definition of scheme design,taking the Yi characteristic leisure chair scheme O₁generated by the creative creation of the extension theory TRIZ as an example,the extension transformation and divergence have resulted in the steel tube upholstered chair O₁₁,the solid wood lamb plush chair O₁₂,and the walnut ox horn chair O₁₃.According to the evaluation and optimization process,the feasibility of the innovative design method for Yi furniture has been verified.
