Due to the rapid development of Chinese market economy,the urbanization process is becoming more and more advanced.Residents’ daily living standards and consumption capacity are also rising.As a result,the total volume and growth rate of urban waste has been increasing significantly year by year,putting tremendous pressure on the environment.Many cities are facing the serious problem of "rubbish siege".Domestic waste has become a critical factor limiting urban development.At present,the country is calling for the reduction,harmlessness and resourcefulness of domestic waste disposal and waste separation is an important guarantee to promote the disposal of domestic waste.However,the current urban waste logistics network can’t effectively support the disposal of domestic waste in the context of waste separation.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the existing domestic waste logistics network so that it can be used for the separate collection and disposal of domestic waste.Firstly,an overview of the relevant concepts involved in the urban domestic waste logistics network is provided in this research.In addition,the shortcomings of the existing logistics network are revealed and a realistic basis is provided for the subsequent optimisation work by analyzing the current situation and treatment process of urban domestic waste classification.On this basis,an optimised household waste logistics network is established and an objective function is constructed with the total cost and negative environmental utility of the logistics network as the main body,based on which a site-path model is built.Before the model can be solved,a forecast of municipal waste production is required to ensure that the subsequent study is carried out.The annual growth rate method,linear regression method and BP neural network method are used to forecast the future municipal solid waste production data.Then the weighted combination forecasting method is used to improve its accuracy and scientificity.The municipal waste production is distributed equally to each region according to the proportion of population and the composition of municipal solid waste types.Secondly,a case study is conducted in relation to the actual situation of domestic waste disposal in Zhengzhou.Based on the characteristics of the model,genetic algorithm is used to solve the reseach and MATLAB software is used to program the calculation.Then,the scheduling arrangement of domestic waste collection vehicles and the siting plan of transfer facilities are obtained in Zhengzhou.The comparison results show that the optimised logistics network has significant improvements in terms of facility management and processing revenue.In order to verify the feasibility of the model,a sensitivity analysis is conducted on the algorithm parameters and collection and transportation costs.The results show that the collection and transportation costs have a large impact on the total costs,while the algorithm parameters have almost no impact,confirming the feasibility of the model.Then,based on the research results,suggestions are made for transfer station planning,vehicle arrangement and food waste treatment.Finally,the research findings and outlook are presented. |
