China is now in trouble of " city besieged by garbage".Domestic waste is infecting the living environment of human and animals,threatening the survival of organisms.Garbage classification is an important measure to make a sustainable development society with hills blue and streams green,which can promote the mode of "reduction,resource,harmless" and improve the urban living environment.At present,after the flourishing front-end classification,the phenomenon of "mixed loading of garbage" seriously affects the process of garbage classification because the middle end classification transportation and back-end classification disposal have not been established.Therefore,it is of vital importance to research on the classification collection and transportation system of municipal solid waste.The research on municipal solid waste classification mainly focuses on the front-end classified collection and end treatment,while the research on the middle end classified transportation is relatively less,and little attention is paid to the service capacity of municipal solid waste transfer facilities and the vehicle routing optimization of classified transportation.In this paper,the spatial layout of urban domestic waste transfer facilities and the scheduling of urban domestic waste classified transport vehicles are studied.Arc GIS is used as an auxiliary analysis tool to optimize the spatial layout of urban domestic waste transfer facilities through Arc GIS location allocation model.vehicle scheduling models for classified transportation of municipal solid waste is established,and the distribution results of service points of a single transfer facility are selected for example analysis.First of all,this paper analyzes the site selection suitability of waste transfer facilities and optimizes the candidate points,based on the spatial analysis function of Arc GIS,from the perspective of geospatial,combined with the spatial distribution of waste transfer facilities in Jinniu District of Chengdu City.The service capacity of waste transfer facilities is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively,and the optimization scheme and suggestions are put forwardThen,the separate transportation mode and combined transportation mode of classified transportation of municipal solid waste with multi vehicle and multi journey and time window are established based on the characteristics of the mode of classified collection and transportation of municipal solid waste,from the perspective of different equipment configuration of classified collection and transportation of municipal solid waste,and converting the restrictions in practical problems into constraintFinally,the service point assignment result of a single transfer facility is selected,and the real path distance matrix obtained by collecting point information and Arc GIS od analysis function is used to construct the calculation example.The simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the two classification transportation models;the results of the algorithm are input into Arc GIS to get the actual collection and transportation path;the sensitivity analysis of vehicle use,time penalty cost and the proportion of storage capacity is further carried out.The sensitivity analysis of vehicle use,time penalty cost and the proportion of storage capacity is further carried out.In the case of classified separate transportation,the total cost of collection and transportation can be effectively reduced by using multi model garbage collection and transportation vehicles;in the case of classified combined transportation,the volume ratio of the compartment of the divided warehouse transportation vehicles is close to the proportion of the classified garbage,which can improve the loading rate of the collection and transportation vehicles,thus reducing the total mileage of vehicles and reducing the total cost of classified collection and transportation of urban domestic garbage;in the case of classified combined transportation,the volume ratio of the compartment of the divided warehouse transportation vehicles is close to the proportion of the classified garbage,which can improve the performance of collection and transportation mode in transportation is better than that of separate collection and transportation mode,because it uses fewer vehicles and drives shorter distance,so as to save collection and transportation time and is not easy to produce time penalty cost.
