The progress of technology and the rapid development of economy have accelerated the pace of urbanization,leading to the increasing production of municipal solid waste.As a result,it not only brings about a lot of environmental problems,but also causes a waste of resources.The most effective way to solve this problem is waste classification.In this way,different types of waste are treated differently to reduce the secondary pollution generated by garbage and realize the recycling of waste resources.As the key part of urban waste classification management,mixed waste collection and transportation system has been unable to meet the needs of classification.Therefore,how to plan the waste collection and transportation system after classification,choose the appropriate collection and transportation mode,and reasonably arrange collection vehicles as well as collection routes have become the focus and difficulty of the urban domestic waste classification management.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign municipal solid waste collection and transportation mode and process,this paper summarized the problems existing in the process of waste collection and transportation in China.Aiming at the specific problems of municipal solid waste collection and transportation mode and vehicle path selection,based on integer programming,this paper established a municipal solid waste classification collection and transportation model.Considering the specific examples of Shuangnan street in Chengdu and Hubei Road Street in Luoyang,the model is verified and analyzed.First of all,according to the classification rules,a joint collection method that uses composite vehicles and special vehicle simultaneously for the collection of urban domestic waste is proposed.Analyzing the number of vehicle types and compartments,the waste classified collection and transportation model based on integer programming is established.In this model,the dual attributes of multiple vehicle types and multiple compartments of the composite vehicles.Besides,the compatibility constraints between different special vehicles as well as compartments of the composite vehicle and waste types are considered.On this basis,analyze the degradation of the model.By changing the constraints of the vehicle types in the model,the model can be expressed as different vehicle routing models for different collection modes,which performs good flexibility and versatility.Besides,use MATLAB to call the CPLEX optimization solver to obtain an accurate solution to the waste classified collection and transportation problem of small-scale and verify the correctness of the model.Then,according to the characteristics of waste classified collection and transportation,design multi-chromosome genetic algorithm to solve the model.The algorithm is divided into two stages.The first stage is divided into three parts.Considering the characteristics of the three collection modes,the algorithm of the vehicle scheduling and routes planning for the different collection modes is carried out.The second stage is the choice of collection modes to get the optimal collection plan.The algorithm has high flexibility and versatility.By changing the algorithm parameters,it can solve the problem of vehicle scheduling and routes optimization under different collection modes.At the same time,the effectiveness of the algorithm in solving the problem of waste classified collection and transportation is verified through a numerical example experiment.From the experimental results,it can be seen that the algorithm has good stability.Finally,to verify the practicability of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm,taking Shuangnan street in Chengdu City and Hubei Road Street in Luoyang City as examples,the paper analyzed the collection and transportation mode selection and path optimization of municipal solid waste,and uses multi-chromosome genetic algorithm to solve the problem.The results show that,the characteristics of the collection and transportation demand of municipal solid waste determine the collection and transportation mode and the selection of collection and transportation path.For Shuangnan street with large amount of garbage,uneven distribution of garbage and more collection and transportation points,the combined collection and transportation mode can save 3.77% of the cost compared with the original special vehicle collection and transportation mode which is the optimal collection and transportation mode and requires 12 composite vehicles,5 special collection and transportation vehicles for kitchen waste,2 special collection and transportation vehicles for recyclable materials and 3 special collection and transportation vehicles for other wastes;for Hubei Road with small amount of garbage and less collection and transportation points,the composite vehicle collection and transportation mode can save 7.01% of the cost compared with the original special collection and transportation mode cost,which is the optimal collection and transportation mode and requires 8 composite vehicles.On this basis,analyze the impact of the characteristics of the collection and transportation demand of municipal solid waste on the collection and transportation mode and the selection of collection and transportation path,and explore the characteristics as well as application scenarios of different collection and transportation modes.
