| In recent years,with the improvement of people’s living standards,the state has successively issued relevant policy documents to encourage the development of environmental protection industry,which makes the environmental protection service industry receive unprecedented attention from the whole society.In addition,with the promotion of the central environmental protection inspector and the gradual improvement of the environmental management system,the market space of the environmental protection service industry has been further released.However,with the rapid development of the industry and the influx of capital,the number of environmental protection service enterprises has increased rapidly,and the industrial concentration has been continuously improved.The pattern of "State-owned enterprises lead platform and private enterprises support services" has basically taken shape.The industrial profits are gradually concentrated to large and medium-sized enterprises,and the homogenization competition of small and micro enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.The core competitiveness is the survival energy for the healthy development of enterprises and an important guarantee for enterprises to obtain market share and direct economic benefits.Facing such opportunities and challenges,cultivating the core competitiveness of enterprises and providing better and faster services have become the internal requirements for the sustainable development of such small and micro environmental consulting enterprises.This paper focuses on cultivating and promoting the core competitiveness of JK company,an environmental consulting company.Firstly,study the relevant literature and sort out the research results of experts and scholars on enterprise core competitiveness,including the connotation,characteristics,influencing factors,evaluation and cultivation of core competitiveness,which lays a foundation for the following in-depth research.Secondly,it introduces the related concepts of environmental consulting service industry,expounds the basic situation of JK company and its industry development,combs the external environment and internal resources and capabilities of JK company with the help of Porter’s five forces model,and identifies that the key factors of the evaluation system of JK company’s core competitiveness are organizational ability,market ability,talent management and technical ability.Using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,calculate the comprehensive evaluation results through the score of management and experts in the same industry.In view of the development status of JK in all aspects,it proposes to improve the management system,improve organizational efficiency,strengthen brand building,improve service quality,strengthen talent training,innovate management mechanism,enhance technical level,integrate knowledge system and cultivate its core competitiveness in four aspects,including adjusting the organizational structure,optimizing the enterprise system process,paying close attention to quality control,implementing the responsibility system,promoting information management,improving sharing efficiency,creating local brands,and enhancing market capabilities.It will provide certain help for JK to enhance its overall strength. |
