As an important part of enterprise management,enterprise performance evaluation has become a hot topic for scholars.Traditional enterprise performance evaluation is based on financial indicators.It is easy to ignore the contribution of non-financial indicators,pay more attention to short-term interests,and contribute less to the company’s long-term development.Standing in a new perspective for corporate performance evaluation is the general trend of performance evaluation.Core competence is a resource that can bring competitive advantage to enterprises.This kind of resource is a persistent,non-imitation and hard-to-replace resource.This capability mainly comes from the coordinated configuration of market,technology,management and so on.Whether LC can cope with market competition mainly depends on LC core competence.Because of the need for performance evaluation,it is very practical to study enterprise performance evaluation based on core competence.Based on the existing core capability performance rating indicator system,this paper designs and improves the indicators for LC companies to evaluate the performance of LC companies.First of all,this paper puts forward the main research contents of the paper on the core competence theory and the performance evaluation based on core competence.Secondly,according to the status quo of LC company’s operation and performance evaluation,the feasibility of conducting core capability performance evaluation in LC company is analyzed.Then,combined with the specific situation and development goals of LC company,analyze the.current company capacity of LC company,and summarize the core capability performance evaluation index system of three dimensions:financial core competence,technical core competence and management core competence.On this basis,build LC company.Performance evaluation indicator system.Finally,combined with the multi-level fuzzy evaluation method,the performance evaluation results are obtained,and the specific analysis is carried out according to the evaluation results of the core competences of the three aspects,and the follow-up suggestions are given.According to the results of core competence performance evaluation,the results of LC company’s enterprise performance evaluation are at an average level.The company’s core competence is not outstanding,and there is still much room for improvement.Specific follow-up suggestions are proposed for the core competence of the three aspects.
