However, there are many weak points in doing basic works such as internal management, system establishment, research and development, sales and marketing, enterprise culture cultivation and resources integration, etc., the top management recognized that it is necessary to build and improve the core competence of the company rapidly in order to get the sustained competitive advantage and survive, develop and grow up in hard competitive market. Therefore, the thesis has studied and analyzed the internal and external factors for developing the core competence of the company in all aspects in depth based on the theory of the core competence of corporations, at the same time, put forward the goal of development strategy and relevant planning according to the results from the analysis, pointing at the weak points on the creativity in research and development, sales marketing tactic and enterprise culture, etc.The thesis consists of five chapters mainly. The first chapter is about the contents and object of the thesis, the research method adopted in the article and the problem occurred from company, which is to be solved effectively. It has reviewed and expatiated upon the base theory of competitiveness, the intensive meaning, the way to build and improve the core competence and the significance of developing the core competence in chapter II particularly. In chapter III, has analyzed the internal and external factors for developing core competence, and evaluated each aspect of the core competence system of Xinyida systematically. In chapter IV, firstly has identified opportunities and threats in external environment and strengths and weaknesses in internal environment to develop the core competence by IFE and EFE matrixes, adopting SWOT tool to analyze synthetically hereby, putting forward some ideas on development strategy of company, then given a design of the Core Competence Comprehensive Evaluation Index System based on the actual situation of company for evaluating and analyzing practically on the core competence of company by comprehensive fuzzy evaluation and discussing on its result at the same time hereby, offering a suggestion on development strategy of company. Finally, has put forward the target of development strategy, detailed action plan to be taken and related measurements for guarantee in Chapter V. |
