Short-process steel enterprises have huge demand response potential in their production process.Guiding them to actively take part in power grid dispatching can help relieve pressure from power supply-demand balance and promote consumption of renewable energy.Considering the complex relationship of interdependence and mutual restriction between their production procedure restrictions and demand response potential,this paper evaluates the demand response potential and digs into its key effect factors based on detailed modeling of the production procedure restrictions.And in order to consider the interests of both the power supplier and the consumer,it brings forward a feasible strategy according to which short-process steel enterprises take advantage of their demand response potential to take part in power grid dispatching in an interactive way.The main research content is as follows:1)By analyzing production resources restrictions and timing constraints in the short production process of steel enterprises,a steel production scheduling model is established to optimize the enterprises’ power consumption behavior.Firstly,this section makes a brief introduction of the types of procedures and their technological features of the production process,and analyzes the interactive relationship between production procedures,transportation procedures and production resources including materials,equipment and electricity.Secondly,a resource-task network method is used to translate the interaction process between resources(i.e.the production resources)and tasks(i.e.the procedures)into a visual graphical representation and an abstract mathematical model.And it’s noted that the existing mathematical model of this method can’t realize seamless connection between consecutive procedures.Finally,an improved method is proposed to deal with insufficient handling of procedure connections.After connecting multiple consecutive tasks as a comprehensive task,resource balance constraints and other production constraints are revised to describe the interaction process between resources and comprehensive tasks.In this way,the power demand of short-process steel enterprises can be expressed under the premise of uninterrupted operation of the consecutive procedures.This model is the basis for the following sections.2)In order to evaluate the demand response potential of the short production process and digs into its key effect factors,an evaluation indicators system of the demand response potential is established from multiple perspectives.Firstly,with the established resource-task network model,the effects of changes in the production parameters such as product yield,the number of parallel equipment,equipment operating power and allowable cooling time of heats on the demand response potential are analyzed in terms of response power and response time.Secondly,in order to make a quantitative comparison of the strength of these effects,taking into account the response willingness of the enterprises,an evaluation indicators system of the demand response potential is constructed based on three evaluation criteria including enterprise response effect,enterprise response utility and enterprise economic level.And based on subjective and objective combination weighting method and comprehensive evaluation method,an evaluation model is brought forward to integrate each indicator value into overall evaluation value.Finally,based on the evaluation process of production scheduling firstly and potential evaluation later,the evaluation results of the demand response potential corresponding to different production parameters are obtained.By comparing the influence degree of each production parameter on the evaluation results,the key influencing factors of the demand response potential can be found.3)Based on the consideration that the short-process steel enterprise participates in power grid day-ahead dispatching,an interaction dispatching strategy is proposed to take into account the interests of both the power supplier and the consumer.Firstly,according to current dispatching modes and related literature,the roles users play in power grid day-ahead dispatching are compared and classified,and the corresponding dispatching strategies adopted by the grid are given according to the characteristics of different users.Secondly,in order to consider the different interests of both the power supplier and the consumer,an interaction dispatching strategy is proposed based on bi-level programming theory.According to this strategy,the dispatching agency and the enterprise are required to finish their dispatching tasks through interaction of the real-time electricity price and the power demand,and the adjustment measures of the production parameters taken by the enterprise to improve its demand response potential are also considered.Finally,a model of the interaction dispatching strategy is built.Through a new heterogeneous decomposition algorithm with hierarchical iterative idea,the solving process is ensured in line with the actual interaction process.To sum up,this paper presents a bottom-up research of short-process steel enterprises in terms of production process modeling,demand response potential evaluation and dispatching strategy study,which is significant to explore a feasible path for short-process steel enterprises to transform from passive load to active load.
