A Development Strategy Study On The Digital Transformation Of V Company

In recent years,with the rapid development of many digital technologies at home and abroad,the need for enterprises to formulate their own transformation and development strategies based on these new technologies is also particularly prominent.The introduction of national development strategies such as Industry 4.0,Made in China2025,and Industrial Internet also provides a good external environment and huge opportunities for enterprises to develop based on digital transformation.However,the urgency and necessity,goals and path of transformation and development for enterprises to formulate their digital transformation development strategies are still unclear,especially the content system and guarantee measures for digital transformation and development.This paper takes V company as an example to study.First,the author studies many literatures related to strategic management and digital transformation development.Secondly,it analyzes its resources and capabilities,and analyzes its external macro environment through the PEST analysis tool.Then,it conducts a situational analysis using SWOT analysis method.Finally,the findings suggest that V companies need and should formulate their digital transformation development strategies as soon as possible.At the same time,it has formulated its transformation and development strategy,development path,content system and safeguard measures selectively and pertinently.Through one goal,four paths,three projects,and five dimensions,Company V’s digital transformation development strategy has been clearly completed.With the four main paths of digital employees,digital customers,digital operations,and digital product delivery,it will continue to promote its digital transformation and development process in a targeted manner.The research results also put forward suggestions for other companies who intend to formulate their own transformation development strategies based on new digital technologies to start digital transformation development strategies as soon as possible.To enjoy the dividends of this technological innovation as soon as possible.It also further deepens the understanding of the relevant theories of strategic management and transformation development,and provides a certain reference for other companies to formulate their digital transformation development strategies.
