Water environment ecosystem is the unity of water environment,aquatic organisms,physical habitat and water resources.It is an integral part of the river basin water ecosystem.In addition to providing human food,industrial and agricultural water and domestic drinking water,it can also provide commercial uses,transportation and entertainment functions.In addition,it is also a large number of aquatic mammals,waterfowls,fish,amphibians Habitat for reptiles,Macrobenthos and aquatic plants.Relying on the pilot project of water ecological civilization city construction,Jinan hydrological center selected the typical water environment of Jinan,including "one river,one lake and one wetland"(Xiaoqing River,Darning Lake and Jixi wetland)as the representative in March 2020 to carry out a one-year high-frequency investigation and evaluation of the current situation of water ecosystem;The project aims to identify the impact factors related to the spatial population specificity of aquatic organisms,and explore the temporal and spatial specificity of the impact of biodiversity on aquatic cultural and physical and chemical properties in three types of water environments under the action of human activities:River(Xiaoqing River in this thesis),landscape lake(Darning Lake in this thesis)and wetland(Jixi wetland in this thesis).This thesis takes the typical water environment ecological investigation and research project in Jinan as the research object:firstly,through the explanation of the research background of the project and the proposal of problems,this thesis expounds the necessity and importance of carrying out project schedule management for the typical water environment ecological investigation and research project in Jinan,and uses the methods of literature review and analysis,Investigation and field observation;Secondly,it makes a comprehensive analysis of the whole project,explains the implementation of the project,and puts forward the main characteristics of the project,including heavy project tasks,complex composition of participants,long project cycle and the impact of other unclear factors.It is analyzed that the central difficulty of the project is the difficulty of the project,complex management and the urgency of schedule control;Then the relevant theories and methods in project management are used to compile the schedule of the project,the work breakdown structure diagram(WBS)is used to decompose the project structure,the critical.path is determined by the network plan diagram,the Gantt chart is used to represent the project schedule,and it is optimized;At the same time,the progress control of the project is studied,the project progress is controlled by PDCA cycle theory and earned value method,the possible deviation is evaluated and corrective measures are made;Finally,it guarantees the progress of the project through the aspects of system,management,personnel and technology,as well as the summary and Prospect of the whole project.Through this research,project managers and participants can have a clearer understanding of project schedule management,ensure the smooth implementation of typical water environment ecological investigation and research projects in Jinan to the greatest extent,and contribute to the further development of water ecological civilization city in Jinan.At the same time,the research conclusions of this thesis also provide reference and reference for the schedule management of other investigation and research projects.
