Analysis Of Status And Prevention Model On Pollution Of Livestock And Poultry Breeding In Jilin City

There are about 3.8 billion tons of livestock and poultry waste every year in China.So far,40 percent has not been used effectively.Livestock and poultry pollution has produced environmental pollution and wasted resources,so solving the problem of livestock and poultry breeding pollution and making animal manure play better value will play decisive roles to the development of animal husbandry,and also be important contents of the ecological environment protection.Based on resource endowment Jilin City paid attention to the development of high-quality animal husbandry which has became the leading industry of rural economy in Jilin City.But the livestock and poultry breeding has also been one of the main pollution sources which affected the ecological environment of Jilin City at the same time.This paper which can provide a theoretical basis and reference for the decision-making of prevention of livestock and poultry breeding in Jilin City will be conducive to effective using of animal manure resources and to exploring the potential of pollution reduction of livestock and poultry breeding deeply.In this paper,we calculated the production and emissions of typical pollutant COD and ammonia nitrogen in livestock and poultry breeding in Jilin City based on the data of livestock production in 4 districts and 5 counties of Jilin City in 2015 and then predicted their production in 2020.On the foundation of the analysis about the present situation of livestock and poultry pollution in the city we proposed various prevention modes on livestock and poultry breeding enterprises in Jilin City combining with the characteristics of climate,planting industry and breeding industry.First of all,explore control technology on livestock and poultry breeding pollution through three kinds of measures including source emission reduction,process reduction and terminal utilization reduction in order to implement the principle of pollutant reduction to the whole process(before,during or after)of green breeding work,then reduce the impact to the ecological environment.Secondly,investigate the methods and models of pollution prevention of livestock and poultry breeding in Jilin City according to the different breeding areas,different breeding scales and different livestock breeds.Finally,combined with the actual pollution prevention project of livestock and poultry breeding in Jilin City,further verified the prevention model of pollution of livestock and poultry breeding by typical case study.The paper proposed some suggestions for the prevention and comprehensive use of livestock pollution in Jilin City.The source emission reduction should start from the intensive management,overall plans,combine planting and breeding and be strict to the examination and approval system,delimit the forbidden area in Jilin City within 444.01 km2,while focus on the rational utilization of feed resources at the technical level.The process reduction should be applied the eco-farming technology which include dry cleaning technology,reducing fecal water content and fermentation bed technology,etc.The terminal utilization reduction should promote control and decrease measures such as organic fertilizer production,biogas anaerobic fermentation technology,producing biomass fuels and deep treatment of livestock and poultry wastewater to build a green development pattern of returning to field ecologically,standard discharge and recycling.In addition,we classified the breeding area of livestock and poultry in Jilin City into optimized development area,adjustive area and pilot area.And we designed five kinds of suitable prevention modes that direct at large and medium-sized farms,small scale farmers in courtyard,and specialized farm villages.According to the difference of excrement of chicken manure,pig manure and cow dung,we put forward corresponding prevention methods.
