Maintaining the strategic strength of strengthening ecological civilization construction is the new requirement and new direction of the new era,We will unswervingly implement the development concept of innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing,and insist that the harmonious coexistence of man and nature has been incorporated into the basic strategy of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It is one of the important tasks for the construction of ecological civilization to insist on the overall protection,systematic restoration and regional coordination of mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grasses,and to strengthen the protection and restoration of land ecosystems.Therefore,from the perspective of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,and in view of the problem of land ecological pressure,this paper builds a measurement model based on the idea of human-land relationship,ecosystem services and resource consumption and occupation of ecosystem.Taking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as an example,this paper judges the pattern of land ecological pressure and its regional differences,and puts forward the strategic measures of regulating and controlling the transregional ecological pressure,which is the best way for regional ecosystem.It provides theoretical basis for the optimization of land development and protection space.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The ecosystem of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is fragile,the spatial difference of urbanization is large,the spatial distribution of population is polarized,the existing land resources,especially the ecological land,are unevenly distributed,and the regional difference of contradiction between human and land is prominent,and there are land ecological problems such as shortage of cultivated land resources,insufficient ecological land,soil pollution,soil erosion and desertification.(2)According to the assessment of land ecological pressure of population from the perspective of human-land coordination,there are 8 areas in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region with less population and less population-land ecological pressure,and 21 other areas with higher population.The land ecological pressures of population ranged from 0.12 of Chengde City,the lowest city,to 34.19 of the highest city centre in Beijing,with obvious regional differences.According to the land ecological pressure model of Ecological Footprint Based on ecosystem service function theory,in 2016,the land ecological pressure index of ecological footprint in Chengde City was less than 1,and the ecological supply was greater than the ecological demand.The other 28 regions are larger than 1,the ecological supply is smaller than the ecological demand,and the overall land ecological pressure is too high.(3)According to the comprehensive index model of land ecological pressure,only the comprehensive index of land ecological pressure in Huairou,Yanqing,Chengde and Zhangjiakou is less than 2,and the pressure is smaller,and the other areas are more than 2.The land ecological pressure index of Tianjin is much higher than that of Beijing and Hebei.The comprehensive index of land ecological pressure in Beijing central city and Tianjin central city are 180.27 and 131.99 respectively.It is imperative to optimize the development and carry out necessary industrial transfer and relief.The land ecological pressures in Ninghe and Jizhou are as high as 11.42 and 14.76,which fail to play a good role of ecological barrier and protection.(4)The regulation and control measures are put forward:Taking the overall ecological interests of urban agglomerations as the core,we should regulate and control the land ecological pressure,strengthen the protection of land resources and implement differentiated land use management policies;improve the policy system of coordinated regulation and control across regions,establish and improve the compensation mechanism of cross-regional land resources;coordinate the landscape,forests,lakes and grasses,strengthen the construction of land ecology,and enhance the service capacity of land ecosystem;and promote the implementation of the strategy of Function-oriented Zones.And we should optimize the space of "Agriculture,Processing Industry and Service Industry" and "Production,Life,Ecology",reduce the intensity of ecological footprint,optimize the spatial distribution of population,and to realize the benign cycle of land ecosystem and the harmony of human-land relationship.
