Investigation And Design Of Drilling Crew Camps

Drilling crew camps are the essential production auxiliary facilities of oilfield drilling production, which are closely related to the work and living environment of all of the drilling personnel, and are the important guarantee of drilling efficiency and safety production. So the investigation and design of this paper is going to plan more comfortable and reasonable living model.The design and manufacturing scheme of substructures and roofs of camps are discussed, on the basis of Investigating the design and manufacturing status of drilling crew camps.Emotional characteristics of space and the relationship between space and people are emphatically analyzed and investigated. The view is put forward that characteristics of participation of people as the main body of spatial activities is the basic point of departure of space design. The fundamental task of space design is to provide services for the production and living behavior of people. Emotional characteristics of camps internal space should obey this relationship. Several common space types and separating space methods are researched. The view is put forward that spatial organization types should be determined according to the use function and behavior characteristics of people. The characteristics of open spaces and enclosed spaces are compared.The design elements in spaces are deeply analyzed. The characteristics of several types of furniture are compared. The advantages and disadvantages of different lighting ways are also analyzed. The choice standard of camps internal elements and the lighting way of camps are determined.On the basis of above research, a complete set of drilling camps are designed, which cover common types of camps in drilling production at present, specifically including following eight types: eight-persons camp, kitchen and dining room, captain duty room, technical personnel duty room, washing room, production duty room, game and meeting room, food and vegetable warehouse. Space planning and separating design are done according to its specific use purpose, and the three-dimensions rendering is drawn for each type of camp. In final, the construction design of drilling camps is introduced, taking eight-persons camp as an example.
