Study On Influence Of Flight Technique Matching With Flight Style On Pilot Safety Performance

Although the improvement of flight technology can effectively improve the pilot’s safety performance,but some unsafe incidents in recent years have been caused by skilled pilots,bad flight style is the reason,the pilot’s safety performance is influenced by the flight technology and style.Therefore,mastering the influence of flight technology and flight style on pilot safety performance helps to understand the internal mechanism of pilot safety behavior,and thus provides theoretical support for pilot safety performance management.Through the systematic analysis of flight technology and flight style,the connotation of flight technology and flight style is defined and its components are obtained.The grade and measurement method of safety performance are determined according to the quantitative indicators and expert opinions,and the safety performance of pilots is measured according to the flight quality monitoring data.The second-order model of flight technology and flight style components is tested by using confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)to obtain the research data.14 hypotheses are put forward through theoretical analysis,and the quadratic response surface regression method is used to construct the influence model of flight technology and flight style matching on pilot safety performance,so as to verify and quantify the influence of flight technology,flight style and its components on pilot safety performance.The results show that both flight technology and flight style have positive effects on pilot safety performance,and flight technology plays a leading role.General flight technology,special flight technology,safety attitude,behavior habit and self-improvement have a positive impact on pilot safety performance.Among flight technology,general flight technology has the greatest impact on pilot safety performance.Among flying styles,safety attitude has the greatest influence on pilot safety performance.The influence of general flight technology on safety performance is more significant than safety attitude,behavior habit and selfimprovement.There is no significant difference between pilot’s special flight technology,safety attitude,behavior habit and self-improvement on safety performance.
