Research On Optimization Of The Flight Safety Management System Of The Unit X Of Flight Academy H

Flight Safety Management System(SMS)is a new management model,which is the latest achievement of development of aviation safety management,recommended to the world aviation transportation industry by ICAO.The establishment and operation of flight safety management system effectively improves safety level of airlines.Over the years,Unit X of Flight Academy H,which undertakes task in training fighter pilot,has gained a lot of valuable experience in flight safety management,explored a lot of beneficial practices and developed preliminarily a safety management system with its own characteristics,which is of great benefit to improving training quality and ensuring flight safety.However,there are still some deficiencies and missing items in flight safety related philosophy,methods and means of flight safety management in the Unit X of Flight Academy H,which all directly impact flight safety of this unit.In this study,by referring to a large number of relevant literatures on flight safety management in the military and civil aviation industry,combined with a questionnaire survey of relevant personnel in the Unit X,and comparing with the development trend of current flight safety management system in the world aviation industry,the status quo of the flight safety management system in the Unit X was deeply studied.The study analyzes the existing problems,shortcomings,and many reasons which lead to the existence of problems by tracing back to the source.On this basis,it puts forward a specific plan to optimize the flight safety management system of the Unit X,including the addition of missing items and making up for shortcomings in the four modules of safety policy,risk management,safety assurance and safety promotion.Finally,the author puts forward some supportive measures,such as strengthening publicity,supporting by technology and greater financial security.It is expected that the optimized flight safety management system can boost the flight safety level of the Unit X to a new height.
