For the past few years,there are increasing number of reconstruction projects in our country,and they are developing towards systematization,diversification and complication.In the reconstruction project,the reconstruction of brick concrete structure accounts for a large proportion.This kind of building has a large amount and a wide range.The reasonable reconstruction can realize the improvement of its functionality and safety,avoid the waste of building resources and the repeated investment of productivity,and create huge economic and social benefits.However,because there is no fixed reconstruction mode and construction technology in the brick concrete structure reconstruction project,there are still many uncertain safety risk factors in the construction process,which directly threaten to personal and property security.Thence,safety assessment and control in the reconstruction of brick and concrete structure has an important research value.Based on the theoretical research of brick concrete structure reconstruction project,this paper aims to improve the accuracy of safety assessment and the effectiveness of safety control measures in the construction of multi-storey brick concrete structure reconstruction and makes the following research:(1)Research on the theory of brick concrete structure reconstruction of multi-storey building.Combined with the research of reconstruction projects and literature,this paper systematically combs the theoretical basis of the reconstruction construction of existing brick concrete structure,including the content and characteristics of the reconstruction of brick concrete structure,the characteristics of the reconstruction construction of brick concrete structure and the characteristics of safety risks in the construction process,so as to supply a theoretical foundation for the research and practice of the later research.(2)Study on the construction safety evaluation index system of multilayer brick-concrete structure reconstruction.Through the field participation in the reconstruction project and reference to the data of similar reconstruction projects,this paper summarizes the risk identification procedures and methods in the reconstruction process of the brick concrete structure which are suitable for the safety risk characteristics of the reconstruction project.Based on this,it summarizes the source and establishment principles of the index system in the reconstruction construction of the multi-layer brick concrete structure,and established a evaluation content,and the factors affecting the safety of the final constructed both brick structure transformation construction safety evaluation index system,and the combination method of the index system is used for accounting.(3)Research on the safety evaluation model of the multi-storey brick concrete structure reconstruction construction.Based on the literature review and the multi-layer brick concrete structure reconstruction project,the characteristics and applicability of various safety evaluation methods are summarized and analyzed.The existing multi-layer brick concrete structure reconstruction construction safety evaluation model based on the gray fuzzy theory of combination weighting is constructed.The quantification of index system,the establishment of evaluation weight function,evaluation standard and process are analyzed one by one.(4)Research on safety control measures of multi-storey brick concrete structure reconstruction construction.In order to avoid the accidents of safety casualties caused by various types of safety factors in the construction process of the reconstruction project,based on the evaluation model in Chapter 3,combined with the common construction technology and relevant technical standards in the reconstruction of brick concrete structure,the paper puts forward the safety control measures for the reconstruction of multi-storey brick concrete structure.(5)The empirical analysis and research on the safety evaluation model of brick and concrete structure reconstruction construction.Taking the reconstruction project of a brick and concrete dormitory building in an institution of higher learning as an example,this paper uses the evaluation model established in this paper to evaluate the safety of the construction process of the reconstruction project,and verifies the feasibility and applicability of the model.On the premise that the model is feasible,the current safety level of the reconstruction project is analyzed according to the calculated results,and the safety hidden danger of the reconstruction project is pointed out,and the corresponding safety control measures are put forward to provide suggestions for the construction safety of subsequent projects.
