| Steel structure industrial plant(SSIP)is a common structural form of industrial buildings in China,but the acceleration of urbanization process and the improvement of production technology make the existing SSIPs difficult to adapt to the requirements of new functions or technologies,a large number of existing SSIPs need to be continuously transformed according to the design requirements.Due to the different environment,conditions,and service life,the existing SSIPs have different damages,some of them even have threatened its safety.However,in the reconstruction of this kind of SSIPs,it will inevitably lead to structural changes,which may lead to safety accidents.Therefore,the safety risk for the reconstruction of the damaged SSIPs is obviously high,it is urgent to investigate and analyze the damaged condition,and take a more reasonable and efficient way to control the reconstruction process comprehensively.In the current research,construction safety control mainly focuses on construction technology,safety monitoring,etc.,and the research on the reconstruction project is less.In order to improve the speed,accuracy,and scientificity of the early warning assessment,this paper studies the early warning assessment model for the reconstruction safety of the damaged SSIP.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Basic research on safety early warning assessment for the reconstruction of damaged SSIPs.This paper defines the concept of safety early warning assessment,and puts forward the method of using assessment value to measure the safety status of structural reconstruction;through the investigation of the damage of SSIPs,this study studies the structural,environmental and damage characteristics of different types of SSIPs;comprehensively summarizes the inspection and appraisal of SSIP and the technology of reinforcement and reconstruction,then concludes that there are general reconstruction risk,potential environmental safety risk,and temporary support construction risk.(2)Study on the safety risk factors for the reconstruction of damaged SSIP.Based on damage investigation and analysis,Heinrich’s accident theory and complex network theory,this paper analyzes the evolution relationship between the safety risk factors of reconstruction accidents,and constructs the steel structure accident evolution directional weighted complex network model.Through the quantitative analysis,it is clear that the accident risk has a high degree of aggregation and rapid evolution.Factors such as support selection defects,construction scheme defects,improper material selection are identified as the key risk factors of reconstruction safety based on network interference.(3)Study on the safety early warning assessment model for the reconstruction of damaged SSIP.Based on the identification results of safety risk factors,an early warning assessment index system and a threshold system for the reconstruction of damaged SSIP are established;a safety early warning assessment model based on IPSO-BP is constructed on the basis of method comparison and selection,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the initial weight and threshold of neural network to establish the assessment model.(4)Taking a thermal power plant reconstruction project as an example,the established construction safety early warning assessment model is applied to the reconstruction process of the plant.Through the process of data collection and processing,model parameter selection,model training,and inspection,the model assessment results are compared to verify its efficiency,accuracy,and scientificity,which provides a practical reference for similar engineering reconstruction safety early warning assessment. |
