In order to find out the reasons for the change of taste,this experiment studied the chemical composition and combustion characteristics of the three segments before,during and after cigar smoking,and found out the changing rules of the three segments before,during and after cigar smoking.According to the difference of combustion characteristics of cigars,the theoretical basis for improving the quality of domestic cigars is provided.The results are as follows.1.The total sugar content of foreign cigars is higher than the total sugar content of domestic cigars,and there is a significant difference.The content of reducing sugar in Shun Baili is the highest,and the chlorine content of domestic brands is significantly higher.For foreign brands,the potassium content of foreign brand cigars is significantly higher than domestic brand cigars.Among them,the chlorine content of Shun Baili is the highest,the potassium content of Cohiba is the highest,and the total nitrogen content of the five brands is high and the difference is not obvious.The total alkaloid content of Partagas is the highest,and the nomicotine of foreign brands are significantly higher than domestic brands.Davidoff has the highest level of non-volatile organic acids and high saturated fatty acids,and the domestic brands Great Wall and Shun Baili have higher levels of higher unsaturated fatty acids.The content of aspartic acid is the largest in the total free amino acids.The content of aspartic acid of domestic brand is the highest.The content of glycine,leucine and phenylalanine in the foreign brand Cohiba is the highest,and the total amount of free amino acids is the highest.The domestic brand Shun Baili has the highest NNN content.Davidoff has the highest NNK content and is significantly different from the other four brands.The overall foreign brand Davidoff and the domestic brand Shun Baili have the highest total TSNA.2.When the burning began,the maximum temperature of the surface of each brand of cigar gradually increased,and it became stable after 500s.The maximum surface temperature of foreign brand Partagas fluctuates greatly when burning,ranging from 400 to 800 degrees C.The highest surface temperature is higher at the time of ignition and suction in Partagas.after the fall of cigar ash,the combustion area in the thermal infrared image changed obviously,and the ellipse changed into a conical shape.In the process of smoking cigars for 2 seconds,the burning area suddenly decreases sharply to increase sharply and tends to be normal.The dynamic suction resistance of Partagas,Great Wall and Shun Baili increased first,then decreased and then increased with the number of suction outlets,while the dynamic suction resistance of Cohiba and David Duff increased all the time.Finally,the five brands showed a rapid increase at the end of the fast combustion and absorption,and the dynamic drag value reached the maximum.3.During the smoking process,the conventional smoke components,seven harmful components and the chemical components of the remaining cigars all changed.The total particulate matter and tar in flue gas increased gradually from the front to the back,but there was no obvious law of moisture change.Carbon monoxide,ammonia and benzopyrene,among the seven harmful components,also increased from the front to the back.The correlation between hydrocyanic acid,phenol,crotonaldehyde and central maximum temperature and dynamic suction resistance was not significant.Total sugar,reducing sugar and free ammonia in residual cigarettes gradually decreased from front to back,but free nicotine increased first and then decreased,while other chemical constituents showed no obvious regularity.4.The maximum temperature at the center of cigar was positively correlated with total particulate matter in smoke,but significantly correlated with nicotine and tar.The maximum suction resistance of cigars was positively correlated with total particulate matter and tar in flue gas,and the correlation with nicotine reached a very significant level.The highest central temperature of cigar was positively correlated with carbon monoxide and benzopyrene in smoke.Carbon monoxide,benzopyrene and NNK in flue gas were positively correlated with the maximum and average suction resistance of cigars,while ammonia was positively correlated with the maximum suction resistance of cigars.The highest central temperature of cigar was negatively correlated with total sugar,reducing sugar and free ammonia,and positively correlated with free nicotine with a coefficient of 0.815.Except for chlorine and potassium,there was a significant negative correlation between the average central temperature and the chemical composition of cigar.The maximum suction resistance of cigars was negatively correlated with total sugar,reducing sugar,total nitrogen and free ammonia,but positively correlated with free nicotine.Mean suction resistance was also negatively correlated with reducing sugar,total nitrogen and free ammonia,and positively correlated with free nicotine.
