evaluation,its like nuances,cigar style reveal degrees,the strength of flue gas,flue gas concentration style characteristics,aims at a comprehensive understanding of the cigar tobacco leaf quality in sichuan style characteristics,To provide reference for the evaluation of Sichuan cigar leaf style and regional positioning.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.The general situation of quality and style characteristics of Sichuan cigar tobacco leaves:(1)The quality characteristic scores of Sichuan cigar tobacco leaves were compared with those of foreign cigar leaves in the main tobacco producing areas.The results showed that the quality of foreign cigar leaves with eggplant coat and eggplant core was better than that of Sichuan cigar leaves in the evaluation of appearance quality,physical characteristics,chemical quality and sensory quality.(2)The style characteristics of Sichuan cigars are based on the aroma of flue-cured tobacco hay,with bean,honey and wood as the main aroma,and alcohol,hay and baking as the auxiliary aroma.Sichuan cigar tobacco leaf cigar style is obvious,smoke intensity is medium,smoke intensity is medium.2.Evaluation on quality characteristics of cigar production areas in Sichuan:According to the calculation method of cigars comprehensive quality evaluation,the comprehensive quality evaluation scores of cigars in Sichuan were obtained.The results showed that:(1)Comprehensive score of leaf quality of Keyi tobacco:Dexue No.7 planted in Shifang City and Dexue No.5 planted in Guanghan City of Deyang City scored 7.77 points,ranking first;Followed by Deyang Shifang planting Dexue 1,;The Dominican short core planted in Wanyuan,Dazhou,Sichuan,had the lowest comprehensive score of 6.35.On the whole,the comprehensive evaluation score of the leaf of eggplant coat tobacco planted in Deyang of Sichuan is higher than that of Dazhou of Sichuan.(2)Cluster analysis of comprehensive quality scores of Keyi tobacco leaves:22 Keyi tobacco samples could be divided into 5 categories on the whole.The first category was Dexue No.7 planted in Shifang,Deyang and Dexue No.5 planted in Guanghan,Deyang,and the tobacco leaves with comprehensive quality evaluation scores of 1-3.The second category was Chuanxue No.2 planted in Wanyuan,Dazhou,which ranked 4-8 in comprehensive quality evaluation.The third category is the tobacco leaf H382 planted in Wanyuan,Dazhou,which ranks 9-18 in the comprehensive quality evaluation.The fourth category is Dexue No.3 planted in Guanghan,Deyang,which ranks 19-20 in the comprehensive quality evaluation.The fifth category for Dazhou Wanyuan planting Dominican long core as the representative of the comprehensive quality evaluation score ranked 21-22 tobacco leaves.Discriminant analysis was performed on the results of cluster analysis,and the results were consistent with those of cluster analysis.(3)Comprehensive score of quality of tomato core tobacco:Dexue 7 planted in Shifang,Deyang,got a comprehensive score of 7.54,ranking first;Followed by Deyang Shifang,Sichuan Deyang No.3 and Guanghan Deyang planting No.5 eggplant core snow;The comprehensive score of MFPP of Wanyuan plantation in Dazhou,Sichuan was the lowest,which was 5.96.On the whole,the comprehensive evaluation scores of eggplant core tobacco planted in Deyang,Sichuan were higher than those of Dazhou,Sichuan.(4)Cluster analysis of comprehensive scores of eggplant core tobacco leaf quality:22 eggplant core samples could be divided into 5 categories on the whole.The first category is Deyang Shifang planted Dexue 7 as the representative of the comprehensive quality evaluation score 1-3 tobacco leaves;The second category is Dexue No.1 planted in Guanghan,Deyang,which is represented by the tobacco leaf with the comprehensive quality evaluation score ranking 4-9.The third category is Dexue No.5 planted by Mianzhu in Deyang,which is represented by the tobacco leaves ranked 10-12 in the comprehensive quality evaluation.The fourth category is Chuanxue No.2 planted in Wanyuan,Dazhou,which is represented by tobacco leaves with comprehensive quality evaluation score ranking 13-21.The fifth category was MFPP planted in Wanyuan,Dazhou,and the tobacco leaves ranked 22nd in comprehensive quality evaluation.Discriminant analysis was performed on the results of cluster analysis,and the results were consistent with those of cluster analysis.(5)According to the quality comprehensive score and cluster analysis results,Dexue 7 planted in Deyang Shifang,Dexue 5 planted in Deyang Guanghan and Dexue 1 planted in Deyang Shifang had better comprehensive quality evaluation and higher comprehensive score,which indicated that Dexue 1 planted in Deyang Shifang was more suitable to be used as the main cultivar of local Dexue tobacco.Dexue 7 planted in Deyang Shifang,Dexue 3 planted in Deyang,Sichuan and Dexue 5 planted in Guanghan,Deyang were better in the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of eggplant core tobacco leaves,and the comprehensive scores were higher,so they were more suitable to be the main varieties of eggplant core planted in the local area.3.Evaluation of style characteristics of cigars in SichuanAccording to the calculation method of cigar style characteristic index,the score of Sichuan cigar style characteristic index was obtained.The results showed that:(1)Total score of tobacco style characteristics:Dexue 1 planted in Shifang,Deyang,had the highest score of style characteristics,which was 5.32 points;Followed by Deyang Mianzhu planted Deyang 7 and Shifang planted Deyang 7;Chuanxue 1 planted in Wanyuan,Dazhou had the lowest score in terms of style characteristics,which was 3.87 points.Shifang in Deyang planted cigars,its style characteristics of the overall score is higher than other areas,the average of its style characteristics of the total score of 5.15 points;The total score of style characteristics of the cigar grown in Wanyuan area of Dazhou is lower than that of other areas,and the total average score of style characteristics is 4.29 points.(2)Cluster analysis of total score of tobacco style characteristics:22 eggplant core samples can be divided into 3 categories on the whole.The first category is Deyang Shifang planted Dexue 1 as the representative of the style characteristics of the total score of 1-7 tobacco leaves;The second category is Dexue No.5 planted in Guanghan of Deyang,represented by the style characteristics of tobacco leaves with a total score ranking of 8-16.The third category is Dazhou Wanyuan planted Dexue No.l as the representative of the style characteristics of the total score of the tobacco ranked 17-22.The results of discriminant analysis were consistent with the results of cluster analysis,which indicated that the tobacco leaves could be divided into three general sections of style characteristics,and the discriminant effect of each section of style characteristics was better.4.Regional positioning of Sichuan cigar tobacco leaf quality and styleBased on the evaluation of Sichuan cigar quality style,the regional distribution law of Sichuan cigar quality style was drawn using GIS digitalization.The results showed that:(1)the quality of eggplant clothes can be divided into quality one area,quality two areas,quality three areas,quality one area eggplant clothes quality characteristics are good appearance quality,excellent physical characteristics,chemical composition coordination,sensory quality except combustion are good,the area includes the south of Sichuan Dazhou Wanyuan,south of Shifang,south of Mianzhu and north of Guanghan;The quality characteristics of the second area showed that the appearance quality was better,the physical characteristics were better,the chemical composition was better,the sensory quality was better,and the second area included the middle of Wanyuan in Dazhou,middle of Shifang,middle of Mianzhu and south of Guanghan.The quality characteristics of the three areas are good appearance quality,suitable physical characteristics,uncoordinated chemical composition and poor sensory quality.The three areas are mainly in the north of Wanyuan,Dazhou,north of Shifang and north of Mianzhu.(2)the quality of eggplant core can be divided into quality one area,quality two area,quality three area,quality one area eggplant core quality characteristic performance is good appearance quality,excellent physical characteristics,chemical composition coordination,sensory quality is better,the area includes the central and southern Sichuan Dazhou Wanyuan,Shifang central,southern Mianzhu area;The quality characteristics of the eggplant core in the second area showed that the appearance quality was better,the physical characteristics were better,the chemical composition was more harmonious,and the sensory quality was better.The area includes central Wanyuan,Dazhou,Sichuan,northern and southern Shifang,central Mianzhu and northern Guanghan.The quality characteristics of eggplant core in the three areas are good appearance quality,suitable physical properties,uncoordinated chemical composition and poor sensory quality,which mainly include the northeast of Wanyuan,the north of Mianzhu and the south of Guanghan.(3)The style characteristics of Sichuan Dazhou Wanyuan cigar leaves can be divided into honey-sweet-fragrant woody style area and woody-fragrant bean style area.The style area of honey-sweet incense and wood incense mainly includes the southern part of Wanyuan City,such as Hekou Town,Zeng Jia Town,Qinhe Township and Baiyang Township.The style characteristics of this area are as follows:the aroma is obvious,the cigar style is obvious,and the smoke intensity and concentration is large.The Mu Xiang Dou Xiang style area mainly includes the central part of Wanyuan City,such as Shiren Township,Qinghua Township,Baisha Township and Xindian Township.The style characteristics of this area are as follows:the aroma is slightly obvious,the cigar style is slightly obvious,and the smoke intensity and concentration are slightly higher.The style characteristics of Sichuan Deyang cigar leaves can be divided into sweet and woody style area and sweet and bean flavor style area.Mianzhu,Shifang and Guanghan are mainly located in the south of Mianzhu,the south of Shifang and the north of Guanghan.The style characteristics of this area are as follows:the aroma is obvious,the cigar style is obvious,and the smoke intensity and concentration are large;The sweet bean and honey style area mainly includes the central area of Shifang,the central area of Mianzhu and the southern area of Guanghan.The style characteristics of this area are as follows:the aroma is slightly obvious,the cigar style is slightly significant to more significant,and the smoke intensity and concentration are
