In the process of woodworking,the cutting strategy of stock is the key factor to restrict the percentage of outturn of logs.The reasonable sawing strategy is,on the premise of obtaining the maximum yield of logs,to arrange the sawing position and sequence rationally,which is based on the size and the shape of the logs.At present in our country,many significant procedures such as log scaling and sawing programming are still dependent on man-made.As a result,the deviation is giant and is also inefficient.So it is urgent for China’s timber industry to design a suit of equipment which can achieve log transportation,inspection and formulating tactics automaticly to improve the automatization and intelligence of wood processing and the percentage of output.Therefore,the following aspects are launched in this paper.(1)According to the work requirements of the log sawing,the general planning of the economy has been designed.The application of many methods such as polygon clipping algorithm and the least square oval fitting and so on in the automatic cutting policy of stock sawing has been analyzed.(2)On the basis of the process requirements of woodworking,the outgoing unit,the log profile parameter acquisition device and the angular adjustment device has been designed through the module design method of the 3D design software.And the design mentality and the working principle of the physical construction of all modules have been described.Meanwhile,the important parts in the structure have been analysised and checked.(3)The design requirements of the system are put forward according to the working principle of the log collection and control system of the wood conveyor and the parameters of the external wood profile parameters collection control system.The control system of the log sawing auxiliary system is designed with the single-chip microcomputer as the main control unit.(4)The experimental platform was built,the data processing method was described using the principle of graphics,the test method and implementation method were analyzed,and the corresponding test program was formulated.According to the plan,the performance testing and testing of the log conveying device,the test accuracy and performance test of the log external profile parameter acquisition system,and the validation test of the log sawing strategy analysis system were carried out.After several debuggings and experiments,the success rate of smooth transportation of logs in the conveying process is 100%.The log external profile parameter acquisition device satisfies the accuracy requirements of parameter acquisition.The log sawing strategy analysis system can realize the need to adjust the angle of analysis.The log yield of the analysis is 64.8%.The theoretical calculation shows that under the condition of experienced workers without any operational errors and excluding subjective judgement errors,the output rate of logs is 63%by testing the log size parameters.Compared with the manual calculation,it can be seen that the yield of the wood sawing strategy analysis system has increased 1.8%.It can be seen that this set of equipment can realize the automatic transportation of logs and the automatic detection of the outline of the log and at the same time,optimize the sawing strategy of the logs to lay the foundation for the automation and intelligentization of log processing. |
