| With the development of the furniture industry, the plywood and timber industry isalso rapidly rising and developing, China has become the first country in the world atconsumption and export-import trade. But the equipment of the machining has not keptup with the development. the saw for the plywood and sawn timber-furniture is used toopen the first process, domestic producing mainly use manual circular saws, cuttingsaws, etc, there are a handful of manufacturers producing reciprocating blade saws, butthe processing accuracy and the working efficiency are lower than the requirements ofthe furniture manufacturers, most of the furniture production enterprises abovedesignated size mainly use imported saws, so we urgently need to design a circularsawing machine which precision, productivity and high degree of automation can reachthe international advanced level,and the saw can meet market demand.Basing on the analyzing the structure of the existing circular sawing machines,making market research and according to user requirements, we developed a new bladereciprocating saw. The design includes the overall structure and layout, sawing carriagestructure, compaction structure and structure of the pusher mechanism, pneumaticsystem controlling the machine acting, and calculating and checking to the transmissionpart.The prototype of the new circular sawing machine is complete and make the wholetest, the results indicate: the geometric accuracy of the machine meet the industrystandards, circuit continuity, insulation, pressure, idle load and other test results all meetthe standards. After testing the machine, we use three sizes of workpieces such as800×600mm,1220×2440mm,1220×3050mm to make sawing experiment, resultsindicate: in the case of choosing a reasonable speed to the reciprocating saw blade,sawing the length of the workpiece within3050mm, the linearity can be controlledwithin0.1mm, the parallelism and perpendicularity can be controlled within0.15mm,the machine meet the design requirements. |
