As a typical sparse forests country,China’s total forest resources are scarce and annual timber production is limited.In addition,in the production process of wooden furniture,the cost of raw materials is high and accounts for at least 50% of furniture.The utilization rate of raw materials mainly depends on the layout scheme.At the same time,as a big country in furniture production,most of the furniture manufacturing enterprises are backward in technical conditions,which is easy to cause a lot of waste of raw materials because of the unreasonable layout scheme.The sawing equipment with low degree of automation also leads to high labor costs.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the research of sawing optimization processing method for solid wood board,and focuses on the solid wood board optimization layout algorithm and system.The main research contents are as follows:(1)By referring to relevant information and actual processing situation,the sawing processing demand of solid wood board was analyzed,and the basic composition,working process and principle of sawing processing equipment were expounded.Manual layout,Genetic Algorithm,Ant Colony Algorithm,Grey Wolf Optimization and Polar Bear Optimization were introduced,and these five methods were used to calculate a one-dimensional layout example of solid wood boards.Through the comparison of the results,it was proved that the five methods had certain shortcomings and needed further improvement.(2)Solid wood board layout based on Ant Colony-Immune Genetic Algorithm(AC-IGA).Ant Colony Algorithm and Genetic Algorithm have obvious advantages in solving NP-hard problems,but a single algorithm often fails to obtain satisfactory results.Therefore,this paper used a hybrid algorithm to solve the solid wood board layout problem.The Genetic Algorithm was improved according to the concentration regulation mechanism and diversity genetic mechanism of immune system.The Immune Genetic Algorithm was introduced into each iteration of ant colony algorithm,and the initial population generation method,pheromone update and adaptive strategy were optimized.The experimental results showed that the optimization ability of the proposed algorithm is better than the other four algorithms.(3)Design of the solid wood board sawing control system based on TwinCAT.The hardware composition and electrical design of the solid wood board sawing processing control system were introducted,the feed sawing servo control system based on TwinCAT and the data interaction mode based on ADS were designsed.The soft PLC system based on TwinCAT could receive the optimal layout scheme information obtained by AC-IGA,and the control servo system completed the sawing of solid wood boards.At the same time,the sorting device of the cross sawing could realize the classification and discharge of solid wood boards with different specifications.In addition,in order to facilitate users to input processing parameters and meet user’s needs,the human-computer interaction interface was designed.
