| Idsia polycarpa is a high quality woody oil plant.Fruit and seed can extract oil,which has a large development potential.By optimizing the conditions of single-factor test for aqueous enzymatic extraction of oil from Idesia polycarpa,this study measured the physicochemical properties and nutrient substances of Idesia polycarpa oil extracted by different production processes,and analyzed the quality of Idesia polycarpa oil with different refining process,storage time and storage conditions,providing a theoretical basis for the extraction process,refining process and storage conditions for Idesia polycarpa oil.The main findings as follows state:(1)The quality of Idsia polycarpa fruit oil obtained by six prodution processes were analyzed by cold pressing,hot pressing,supercritical extraction,subcritical extraction,solvent extraction,aqueous enzymatic extraction.Solvent extraction rate was highest,up to 30.20%,followed by supercritical extraction rate was 25.49%,aqueous enzymatic extraction rate was lowest,18.36%.The content of unsaturated fatty acid and Vitamin E in supercritical process was higher than other processes.The acid value and peroxide value of supercritical extraction oil lower than other processes oil.The content of squalene in the oil extracted from the cold pressing process was the highest.(2)The effects of refining process on the quality of Idsia polycarpa oil was studied.The decolorization rate reached 92.24% when adsorbent was active white clay1,adsorbent dosage was 9%,decolorizing time was 40 min,decolorizing temperature was 120 ℃and stirring speed was 300r/min.Idsia polycarpa oil color gradually shallow,acid value and peroxide value was decreased through the refining process.At the same time,the content of saturated fatty acids decreased,the content of unsaturated fatty acids increased in the fatty acid composition.Vitamin E content and squalene content were reduced,especially decolorization process,vitamin E content and squalene content decreased significantly.(3)During the storage process,the acid value and peroxide value of the Idsia polycarpa crude oil were increased and the content of unsaturated fatty acid decreased.In the use of high barrier bottles,dark,frozen 3 ℃storage conditions,the increase of the acid value,peroxide value and the decrease of the amount of unsaturated fatty acids in the Idsia polycarpa crude oil better than other storage conditions.High barrier bottles,dark,frozen 3 ℃storage conditions more suitable to the storage of Idsia polycarpa crude oil.(4)Compared with physicochemical and nutritional indicators in the 6 processing techniques on the quality of Idesia polycarpa oil,found that:extraction of biomass energy,solvent technology can be used;extraction of woody oil edible oil,cold pressing and water enzymatic process can be used,then oil need to be refined and used high barrier bottles,in the dark,frozen 3 ℃storage conditions;extraction of health care drugs,supercritical process can be used to,extracted vitamin E form Idesia polycarpa fruit oil,extracted linoleic acid form Idesia polycarpa seed oil. |
