Study On Farmers' Satisfaction In Rural Ecological Civilization Construction In Jiangsu Province

After 30 years of reform and opening up,China's economic level and people's quality of life in general has improved,but the population,resources and environment crisis is growing,serious threat to people's quality of life,also fundamentally restricts the sustainable and healthy development of economy,affects the future development of the entire nation.In order to keep up with the trend of the era development,realize the grand goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,enhance the capacity of sustainable development,the report of the 17th national congress explicitly put forward the importance of the construction of ecological civilization,and put forward the requirement of resource saving and environment protection,after in the eighteenth big report offered to the construction of ecological civilization in prominent position,and turn it to "five one" the strategy of general layout.The combination of construction of ecological civilization and China's national conditions to realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation provides a good development,at the same time,rural ecological civilization as an important part of the construction of ecological civilization,strengthen its research is necessary to provide also.Fifth plenary session of the 16th proposed to promote the development of the rural production get the effective solution.In order to realize the new rural construction,to promote the harmonious development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,must further understand the necessity of human and the nature harmonious rural areas in China,a further study on rural ecological civilization construction.This study from the satisfaction of farmers,to China's current rural ecological civilization construction is briefly discussed.Through collecting relevant data,a lot of literatures,analyzes the rural ecological civilization construction and farmers' satisfaction after theory,adopting normative analysis combined with empirical analysis,qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis method,from ecological economy,ecological system,ecological culture,ecological environment and living environment in five aspects,the use of entropy improved TOPSIS method was carried out on the farmers' satisfaction assessment,build the farmers' satisfaction degree model of rural ecological civilization construction further in-depth discussion,and then to the southern of Jiangsu,middle and north of Jiangsu three areas of the rural ecological civilization construction farmers'satisfaction for empirical research.Paper specific study content is:first of all,from the perspective of the rural ecological civilization construction and the farmers' satisfaction,theoretical foundation and the relationship between the two,and then from ecological economy,ecological system,ecological culture,ecological environment and living environment in five aspects;Secondly discusses factors affecting farmers' degree of satisfaction of rural ecological civilization construction,according to the target design and system building,from put forward five aspects to extract specific evaluation index,select the rural ecological civilization construction measure methods of the study on farmers'satisfaction;Finally on the basis of the study,the southern of Jiangsu,middle and north of Jiangsu some samples of rural area from three areas of investigation and study,to carry out empirical analysis,summarized the rural ecological civilization construction restricts the farmers' satisfaction,discusses the path of the farmers,satisfaction to improve rural ecological civilization construction.Discussed through the above analysis,the thesis concludes the main are:(1)Farmers as direct the rural ecological civilization construction and the final beneficiary of research on famers' satisfaction and the construction of rural ecological civilization is very be necessary,for the further development of the rural ecological civilization construction has a certain guiding significance.(2)The use of entropy improved TOPSIS method study of rural ecological civilization construction farmers' satisfaction evaluation,using the disorder degree model to the rural ecological civilization construction obstacle factors of the farmers' satisfaction diagnostic studies,can more accurately pointed out that the rural ecological civilization construction problems of farmers' degree of satisfaction,is conducive to the rationality of the policy recommendations.(3)through the study of rural ecological civilization construction in Jiangsu province farmers satisfaction found that the rural ecological civilization construction of southern of Jiangsu,middle and northern of Jiangsu area farmers' satisfaction is the main obstacle factors studied pollution treatment satisfaction,village sewage treatment satisfaction,satisfaction living garbage management,clean energy promotion satisfaction and satisfaction with the village green,etc.(4)can be seen from the overall,farmers' satisfaction in southern of Jiangsu rural ecological civilization construction in Jiangsu province,China,there are differences in north of Jiangsu,Jiangsu area of rural ecological civilization construction level of farmers'satisfaction in "excellent",the middle region of the rural ecological civilization construction level of farmers' satisfaction in a "good",and the north of Jiangsu region is in a "poor" level,remains to be further strengthen construction.The final paper on the basis of summarizing the previous research put forward some path of ascension,to further strengthen the rural ecological civilization construction,strengthen the participation of farmers in the process,improve the rural ecological civilization construction farmers' satisfaction,targeted to improve the rural ecological civilization
