| In the context of rapid changes in market demand,modular products are considered to be able to effectively respond to dynamic market environments,so modular production models are widely used in the manufacturing industry.With the prominence of user dominance,in order to develop modular products that meet user needs,intelligent manufacturing platforms actively play the platform connectivity function,inviting module suppliers and users to collaborate and participate in cross organizational and cross resource value creation centered on user needs.However,the value co creation model based on user needs also faces the risk of failure in the context of rapid iteration of market demand.In actual production,the R&D cost of modular products is higher than that of ordinary products,and value co creation is a continuous interactive and cooperative process.If demand fluctuations lead to an imbalance in the perception of product value by relevant entities,it may directly lead to the failure of value co creation.Therefore,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the strategy selection process of value co creation agents in the intelligent manufacturing platform of modular products under demand perturbation from the perspective of evolutionary game theory.By summarizing the related research results,it is concluded that value co-creation has the characteristics of stages,and the value orientation is different in different stages of value co-creation.When the demand disturbance exists,the domain length and the physical modularity level of the demand module can adjust the value perception of the module product.Based on this,this paper constructs a three-party evolutionary game model of module supplier user intelligent manufacturing platform considering the value consensus of module domain identification under demand perturbation and module degree equilibrium under demand perturbation.After solving the equilibrium point and analyzing the stability of the model,the key factors that affect the stable evolution state of the two game systems under demand perturbation are obtained.Then,through numerical simulation,the mechanism of the relevant factors on the stable evolution state of the game system is revealed.The results show that: although the existence of demand disturbance makes the process more difficult,demand disturbance does not necessarily inhibit the success of value co-creation;The boosting demand disturbance will promote the value co-creation game system,and only when the obstructing demand disturbance exists will it have a negative effect on the value co-creation game system,moreover,the robustness of the value aggregation game system is worse under the disturbance of the same obstructive demand,the optimization degree of the enabling mechanism and interaction mechanism of the intelligent manufacturing platform has an inverted U-shaped effect on value co-creation The promotion of reputation benefit,the reduction of resource input,the reduction of coordination difficulty and the shortening of participation period can all promote the formation of value co-creation mode.By analyzing the product attribute variables,it is found that adjusting the product demand module domain,improving the product module degree,reducing the complexity of the product and improving the related technology can promote the success of value co-creation.Based on the above conclusions,the specific management implications for implementing value co creation on modular product intelligent manufacturing platforms are presented,the shortcomings in the article are summarized,and future research prospects in the context of value co creation on modular product intelligent manufacturing platforms are proposed. |
