Extreme weather events have significantly increased the number of geological disasters in China.In response to the challenges of geological disasters,more and more regions have put forward plans to enhance disaster resilience.Liangshan Prefecture is located in the east of Hengduan Mountains,with complex terrain and frequent disaster occurrence.Meanwhile,it is also the 14 contiguity poverty-stricken areas in China.Therefore,residents in mountainous areas of Liangshan Prefecture are more likely to return to poverty or drive into poverty due to geological disasters.In this context,it is particularly important to measure the resilience ability level of geological disasters in Liangshan Prefecture and put forward targeted resilience improvement strategies.In this thesis,the county unit of Liangshan Prefecture is taken as the research object,based on the review of domestic and foreign literature on disaster resilience,combined with the status quo of Liangshan Prefecture’s environment,society,economy,infrastructure and other subsystems,the evaluation system of geological disaster resilience in mountainous areas of Liangshan Prefecture is constructed,and the weight of evaluation index is obtained by Nash equilibrium combination weighting method.Grey improved TOPSIS method was used to measure disaster resilience index of counties and cities in Liangshan Prefecture.After obtaining the evaluation results of disaster resilience of counties and cities,GIS was used to analyze the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of disaster resilience of Liangshan Prefecture,and then Moran index was used to reveal the spatial autocorrelation of disaster resilience among counties.Then,the obstacle factors affecting the improvement of disaster resilience of counties and cities in Liangshan Prefecture and the sensitivity of disaster resilience were analyzed using the obstacle degree model and VIKOR method.Finally,according to the research results,the policy suggestions for the improvement of disaster resilience of Liangshan Prefecture were put forward.The results show that:(1)The disaster resilience index of Liangshan Prefecture is generally low,and the disaster resilience index varies significantly among different counties and cities.(2)The geographical distribution of counties and cities in Liangshan Prefecture showed positive spatial autocorrelation,but it was not significant,and the correlation gradually weakened.(3)The output value of the construction industry,the number of schools,per capita highway length and other influencing factors are the main obstacle factors for the improvement of disaster resilience in Liangshan Prefecture.(4)Xichang City,Puge County,Butuo County,Zhaojue County,Jinyang County,Xide County and Meigu County in Liangshan Prefecture showed low disaster resilience sensitivity,while other counties and cities showed high disaster resilience sensitivity.
