Research On Medical Supplier Evaluation Based On Improved TOPSIS Method Based On Combination Weighting

In the new era of the 21 st century,with the accelerated changes in science and technology,the market economy is gradually globalized and integrated.How to effectively manage suppliers so that the company can develop long-term and stable in a highly competitive market environment is a company The core content of the competition.Therefore,if an enterprise wants to better and faster adapt to the speed of market changes and meet the individual needs of users,it must discover problems from the source,and rationally select strategic partners to enhance its core competitiveness and help its rapid development.In view of this,this article proposes a new supplier selection method,the main contents of which are as follows:(1)In view of the selection of medical equipment suppliers,from the point of view of supply chain management,on the basis of domestic and foreign scholars' research on supplier evaluation,using literature analysis method,Delphi method and investigation and research on the actual situation and enterprise characteristics of enterprises,from the product factors,production factors,enterprise factors three aspects of theoretical analysis,and finally selected eleven indicators in line with the standards,to build a comprehensive evaluation index system of suppliers.(2)The selected eleven mixed data indicators are transformed by the OWA operator and the left and right scoring method to form a decision matrix.Secondly,the entropy combination weight method of subjective judgment and objective values is used to determine the supplier evaluation indicator weight.Then,according to the related theoretical analysis and advantages overview of the supplier evaluation method,a comprehensive supplier evaluation model was constructed,and the gray correlation analysis method was introduced into the TOPSIS method to calculate the Euclidean distance and gray correlation degree of the positive and negative ideal solutions of the medical equipment supplier.Integration,the gray relative closeness of each evaluation object is obtained,and finally the best medical equipment supplier is screened out by the dynamic evaluation function with incentive effect.(3)This article takes M Group Hospital as an example.Five medical equipment sphygmomanometer suppliers,Omron?Yuyue?Wan'anbo?Panasonic?and Citizen,are selected as the evaluation objects,and the suppliers in the three years from 2018 to 2020 are selected.Judging the operation situation.Through the ranking of the evaluation results,it can be seen that Omron ranks high and has the best use effect.Compared with other commonly used evaluation methods,the evaluation results are basically consistent.This verifies that the method in this paper is feasible in the evaluation of medical equipment suppliers.Certain practical value.
