The Protection And Development Of Non-Heritage Tourism Resources In The Context Of Cultural Integration

Intangible cultural heritage is the precious wealth formed by human production and life.In the context of integrated development of culture and tourism,intangible cultural heritage,as an important tourism resource,has become an important growth point in the development of tourist attractions.The protection and development of intangible cultural heritage is not only conducive to the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,but also plays a positive role in promoting regional tourism.However,historical and cultural blocks and intangible cultural heritage are inextricably linked.In the development cases of various places,there has been successful experience in promoting the protection of intangible cultural heritage and the transformation and development of historical and cultural blocks simultaneously.However,from the perspective of the overall environment,the development and protection of intangible cultural heritage tourism resources and the transformation of historical and cultural blocks still lack an organic combination and effective interaction.Therefore,this paper conducts research on the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage tourism resources from the perspective of the transformation and development of historical and cultural blocks in the context of cultural and tourism integration to guide specific practice.This paper first investigates and analyzes the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage tourism resources in the historical and cultural blocks in Lucheng District,Wenzhou City,and introduces the current situation of the transformation of the historical and cultural blocks in Lucheng District,Wenzhou.In the transformation of the historical and cultural blocks,Wenzhou pays attention to the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage,inherits the intangible cultural heritage to highlight the charm of the ancient streets,builds an intangible cultural heritage base to spread the intangible cultural heritage,and activates the intangible cultural heritage culture to be implanted into the development momentum.In addition,questionnaire and investigation analysis are conducted on the status quo of the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage tourism resources in the transformation of historical and cultural blocks in Lucheng District,Wenzhou City.After that,it analyzes the problems existing in the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage tourism resources in the transformation of Wenzhou historical and cultural blocks.According to the results of interviews and questionnaires,this paper finds that the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage tourism resources in the transformation of Wenzhou historical and cultural blocks have problems such as backward industrial development affecting tourists’ cognition,imperfect facilities system,poor tourists’ perception,poor product quality,and poor intangible cultural heritage tourism experience.The main causes of the problem are the insufficient implantation of localization characteristics,the lack of forward-looking overall planning,the insufficient promotion of intangible cultural heritage,and the failure to form a diversified governance system.Finally,the strategies and suggestions for the development and protection of intangible cultural heritage tourism resources are put forward.Under the background of cultural and tourism integration,the development and protection principles of intangible cultural heritage tourism resources should follow the principles of sustainable development,integrated development and authentic development.And put forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the protection of intangible cultural heritage tourism resources: deeply tap intangible cultural heritage resources and enrich the connotation of historical and cultural blocks.Countermeasures and suggestions for industrial development: enrich carrier optimization experience and promote the upgrading of culture and tourism integration industry.Countermeasures and suggestions for long-term development:Integrate the power and social participation to achieve the living inheritance,upgrading and empowerment.To provide reference for the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage tourism resources in the transformation of Wenzhou historical and cultural blocks,and promote the orderly inheritance of intangible cultural heritage and the development of tourism economy.It also put forward specific measures for the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage in the transformation of historical and cultural blocks in Lucheng District,Wenzhou,including establishing a multi-level protection system,deeply promoting the development of intangible cultural heritage projects,and integrating the development of "intangible cultural heritage+tourism" to promote the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage in the transformation of historical and cultural blocks in Lucheng District,Wenzhou.Through the systematic analysis of the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage tourism resources in the historical and cultural blocks of Lucheng District,Wenzhou City,combined with the questionnaire survey and analysis,this paper finds out the problems and difficulties faced by the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage tourism resources in the historical and cultural blocks of Lucheng District,Wenzhou City,and makes some exploratory research on the causes and solutions,This is not only conducive to the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage tourism resources in the historical and cultural blocks of Lucheng District,Wenzhou City,but also conducive to the enrichment and development of the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage tourism resources.
