Research On Government Behavior In The Construction Of Green Mines In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The construction of green mines is of great significance for building important ecological safety barriers in northern China and creating beautiful scenic spots in northern Xinjiang.It is an important means for Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to promote the green,digital,and high-quality development of mining and mineral economy,and to promote sustained,healthy,and stable economic and social development.In recent years,relevant government departments in the autonomous region have attached great importance to ecological priority and green development,vigorously promoting the construction of green mines throughout the region,and have achieved certain results.However,compared to the relevant requirements of the central and autonomous regions,there are still gaps and shortcomings that need further improvement.This article uses questionnaire survey and interview methods to grasp the current situation of green mine construction in Inner Mongolia through investigation and research.It mainly analyzes the government behavior in the construction of green mines in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from aspects such as the introduction of institutional measures,the implementation of preferential policies,the construction of planning standard systems,and the "double random and one open" inspection.It identifies the problems that government departments have in the management of green mine construction,and applies governance theory Based on public management theories such as the new public management theory,corresponding targeted and feasible management strategies are proposed to play a certain role in solving the "misplacement","offside",and "vacancy" problems of government behavior in the construction of green mines in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and to assist in the promotion of green mine construction work in the entire region.
