| Taking the Bambusoideae plants as the study object,a comprehensive field investigation of Bambusoideae plants lasted for 3 years was carried out in Guizhou, and more than 1700 specimens were collected and recorded. On the basis of specimen classification and identification, combined with literature,a list of Bambusoideae plants was obtained.By using the analysis method of flora geography, the flora analysis and spatial distribution analysis of Bambusoideae plants were studied. The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to screen the excellent species of bamboo for pulp, shoot and ornamental. The study provided data support for the protection of Bambusoideae plants and the development of bamboo industry in Guizhou. The main conclusions are as following.1.The species composition from Bambusoideae plants is rich in Guizhou. There are 19 genera,126 species and 28 cultivated species of Bambusoideae plants, accounting for 40.43% of China and 21.6% of the world. The species accounted for15.27% of China and 7.7% of the world.Through this survey,1 genus and 27 species were newly recorded in Guizhou, which enriched the diversity of Bambusoideae plants in Guizhou.2.The Bambusoideae flora is complex and diverse, with rich endemic elements. There are 9 distribution types and sub-types in the genus-level geographical elements. The proportion of temperate bamboo and tropical bamboo is close. From the perspective of species-level geographical distribution types, there are 9 distribution types and sub-types.The ratio of temperate components to tropical components is40/1.The temperate components are absolutely dominant and have obvious temperate properties, belonging to the East Asian flora. The endemic distribution of China accounted for 93.6% of the total species, and the endemic components of the flora were obvious. There are 32 species endemic to Guizhou, accounting for 25.4% of the total species, and the composition of endemic components is rich.3.The spatial distribution pattern shows that from the perspective of horizontal distribution, the species diversity of the three high temperature regions located in southern, eastern and northern Guizhou is the most abundant, while the species in central and western Guizhou are the least. From the latitude point of view,it is generally consistent with the law of decreasing species from south to north. From the longitude point of view,it is generally in line with the law of gradual decrease from east to west. The vertical height varies with the altitude gradient, showing a ’single peak’ distribution pattern. From low to high altitude, the number of species increased first and then decreased, peaking at 600–800 m.Most species are mainly distributed in the 400–1400 m altitude. The sympodial rhizome type species with high heat requirement are mainly distributed below 1200 m altitude, while the amphipodial rhizome type species with strong cold tolerance are mainly distributed above 600 m altitude.4.Many kinds of Bambusoideae plants can be developed and utilized in Guizhou. The excellent Bambusoideae species were comprehensively evaluated and sorted by analytic hierarchy process. The top three comprehensive evaluation of pulp-bamboo are Bambusa emeiensis,Dendrocalamus farinosus and Bambusa rigida. The top three shoot-used bamboo comprehensive evaluation are Chimonobambusa utilis,Chimonobambusa pubescen and Chimonobambusa angustata. The top three comprehensive evaluation of ornamental-bamboo are Bambusa multiplex f.alphonso-karri,Phyllostachys nigra and Bambusa vulgaris f.vittata.These Bambusoideae species are the first choice for development and utilization.According to the local environment, their own needs and other conditions, the development and utilization of Bambusoideae species ranked can be selected in different regions. |
