This study from October 2015 to February 2018 between the administrative divisions of the various regions of 66 counties in guizhou has carried on the Chiroptera collection work, and access to the animals, guizhou normal university before collection of Chiroptera, and published on the guizhou chiroptera species diversity and distribution records of documents, from guizhou province chiroptera species diversity space distribution pattern, for understanding chiroptera species diversity in guizhou space distribution pattern formation, protect the species diversity and play a positive role.In this study, the effects of environmental factors on the spatial distribution pattern of Chiroptera species diversity in Guizhou Province were studied by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the sequence of environmental factors affecting the spatial distribution pattern of Chiroptera species diversity in Guizhou Province was: average altitude, average annual rainfall, average annual relative humidity, forest vegetation area,frost-free days, karst landform distribution Area, annual average temperature,January average temperature, annual sunshine hours and July average temperature, among which the decisive environmental factor is the average altitude(P=0.009 < 0.05),but the annual average rainfall(P=0.060)also plays an obvious role.In addition, the Maxtent niche model was used to predict 10 species of bats with different distribution in guizhou province(Rhinolophus rex,Hipposidaros armiger,Hipposideros pratti,Aselliscus stoliczkanus,Myotis siligorensis,Rousettus leschenaulti,Rhinolophus paradoxolophus,Miniopterus,Megaderma Lyra,Myotis chinensis)Potential distribution areas. From the vegetation types,56 species of Chiroptera in the spatial distribution of primitive broad-leaved forests in Guizhou Province were got accounted, including 1 order 7 families(Pteropodidae,Emballonuridae,Megadermatidae,Hipposideridae,Rhinolophidae,Vespertilionidae,Molossidae). There are 47 species of karst topography in Guizhou Province, including 1 order 7 families(Pteropodidae,Emballonuridae,Megadermatidae,Hipposideridae,Rhinolophidae,Vespertilionidae,Molossidae). There are 41 species of erosion landforms, including 1 order 6 families(Vespertilionidae,Rhinolophidae,Hipposideridae,Megadermatidae,Emballonuridae,Pteropodidae). There are 27 species of non-karst landforms, including 1 order 4 families(Vespertilionidae,Rhinolophidae,Hipposideridae,Emballonuridae). The distribution of Chiroptera at different altitudes in Guizhou Province was analyzed. The results showed that there were 47 species of 1 order7 families(Pteropodidae,Emballonuridae,Megadermatidae,Hipposideridae,Rhinolophidae,Vespertilionidae)at 200-1000 m altitude. At an altitude of 1000-2000 m,there are 46 species of 1 order 7 families(Vespertilionidae?Rhinolophidae?Hipposideridae?Molossidae?Megadermatidae?Emballonuridae ?Pteropodidae)At an altitude of 2000-2100 m,there are altogether 19 species of 1 order 4 families(Vespertilionidae?Rhinolophidae?Hipposideridae?Molossidae)Area of guizhou province in different annual average temperature distribution of the chiroptera statistics, the result shows: the annual average temperature 12 ~ 14?has counted out 1 orders 4 families(Vespertilionidae?Rhinolophidae?Hipposideridae?Molossidae)33 species;Annual average temperature of 15 ~ 17? has got accounted 1 orders 7 families(Vespertilionidae?Rhinolophidae?Hipposideridae?Molossidae?Megadermatidae?Emballonuridae ?Pteropodidae)50 species;Annual average temperature of 18 ~ 20? has counted out 1 orders 7 families(Vespertilionidae?Rhinolophidae?Hipposideridae?Molossidae?Megadermatidae?Emballonuridae ?Pteropodidae)43 species; The distribution of chiroptera in different annual rainfall areas in guizhou province was statistically analyzed, and the results showed that: the annual rainfall was 900 ~ 1200 mm,a total of 1 order 5 families(Vespertilionidae?Rhinolophidae?Hipposideridae?Molossidae?Megadermatidae)37 species. The average annual rainfall ranged from 1200 ~ 1500 mm and a total of 58 species of 1 order 7 families(Vespertilionidae?Rhinolophidae?Hipposideridae?Molossidae?Megadermatidae?Emballonuridae ?Pteropodidae)From the analysis results of chiroptera in guizhou are mainly distributed in karst area a total of 55 species1 order 7 families, concentrated in 200 ~ 1000 m for a total of 1 order 7 families 47 species, annual average temperature is concentrated in the 15 ~ 17?has counted from 1 order 7 families 50 species, annual average rainfall concentrated in 1200 ~ 1500 mm has counted out 1 order 7 families 58 species, chiroptera a total of 7 families 56 species are mainly distributed in the original broad-leaved forest.According to the statistics of this study, there are a total of 60 species of chiroptera in guizhou, including 7 families 18 genera 50 species of Oriental type,5 species of palaearctic type and 5 species of widespread type.
