| During the production of high-quality refractory insulation materials in M company,in kiln loading and drying station of kiln workshops which needs manual operation,it’s easy to happen musculoskeletal disease related accidents caused by ergonomic problems due to heavy labor intensity and high safety risk.By selecting appropriate ergonomic evaluation methods,the analysis and research on the kiln workshop of M Company plays an important role in improving working conditions,reducing injuries related to musculoskeletal diseases,and improving the overall safety performance.According to the actual demand of related working station in manufacturing enterprises,the suitable evaluation method of ergonomic improvement is studied.These include a list of ergonomic "Top 10" problems,NIOSH Lifting Equation,the Snook and Ciriello Table assessment method,and the whole-body assessment method.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the above evaluation methods,selection of ergonomics "Top 10" problems list for qualitative analysis;Humantech? software based on NIOSH Lifting Equation and Snook & Ciriello Table was used for preliminary quantitative calculation.At the same time,considering the severity of possible injuries caused by risks,the risk assessment matrix was developed,and the ergonomics related risks existed in the work task were evaluated.Using the above ergonomic improvement evaluation tools,the qualitative and quantitative analysis are conducted on the manual drying trolley pushing and kiln loading operation in the kiln workshop of M Company.The work task of kiln loading operation was decomposed into lifting process and handling process.According to the calculation results of Humantech? software and evaluation matrix,it was concluded that both processes had high risk results.In the process of manually pushing the drying trolley,the initial force and sustained force were evaluated respectively.Based on the Humantech? software calculation results and evaluation matrix,the results of high risk were obtained.The direct cause analysis and summary is conducted on ergonomic problems of manually dry vehicle pushing and kiln loading task.And the "5 Why" method is used to discover the root causes in depth.According to the influence and difficulty degrees of improvement measures,formulate and implement engineering measures including electric pushing tools,automated mechanical transportation,and robots.Summarize 7management and personal measures such as ergonomic design standards,changes management,training,prevention maintenance plans,rotation,rest increase,and working intensity reduction.From the essential safety perspective,it eliminates the ergonomic risks during the operation task and achieve zero musculoskeletal disease related accident.Finally,it is proposed to use a pilot indicator and ergonomic audit to ensure the continuous improvements in the enterprise. |
