| During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,the pharmaceutical cold chain industry will be in an important period of strategic development,and the development model,quality requirements and governance capabilities of the pharmaceutical cold chain will be upgraded and fully enter a new stage of high-quality development.During this period,the state issued policy documents such as cold chain transportation,drug circulation opinions and new coronavirus vaccine transportation guidelines,continuously promoting the high-quality development of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics.However,under the new situation that the epidemic has not completely subsided,the aging of the population has intensified,and the continuous development of pharmaceutical third-party logistics,the demand for cold chain drugs continues to grow,and how to reduce the cost of cold chain logistics,achieve the construction goal of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics quality improvement project,and promote the high-quality development of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the review of existing literature,this paper combines evolutionary game theory to construct an evolutionary game model for the development of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics.Firstly,the government,pharmaceutical cold chain logistics enterprises and hospitals are selected as the three-party subjects of the development of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics,and the revenue matrix and replication dynamic equation of relevant stakeholders are established.Secondly,the stability point and parameter variables are simulated and analyzed by MATLAB software to verify the accuracy of stability conditions and the influence degree of initial strategy selection and exogenous parameter variables on the game subject.Finally,based on the previous research,countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction and development of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics are put forward from different levels such as the government,pharmaceutical cold chain enterprises and hospitals.The results show that:(1)the initial probability values of the government,pharmaceutical cold chain logistics enterprises and hospitals will affect the other two subjects,and the behavior choices between the subjects also affect each other,and there is a threshold for the strategic choices of the three parties;(2)The government’s intervention cost and reporting reward for hospitals were negatively correlated with the government’s intervention strategy choice,and the fines for violations imposed on enterprises were positively correlated with the government’s interference strategy choice.(3)The reward value of the report reward received by the government and the feedback reward value of the enterprise will continue to increase its willingness to participate in the cold chain construction within a certain range,but with the increase of the reward amount,the willingness of the hospital will no longer increase significantly.According to the above research conclusions,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the three levels of government,pharmaceutical cold chain logistics enterprises and hospitals,so as to promote the high-quality development of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics in China. |
